My personal top 5 is Ashleigh, Caroline, Helen, Ellie and Zoe and out of these I disliked elleh the most. All these people reduced people to tears with their nastiness, but who takes the cake for you? Someone else?

Helen by a mile. I feel like Caroline and Ashleigh were drawn in by a ganghanded mentality that was lead entirely by Conor (who was horrendous), rather than being straight up nasty in their own right. Zoe is a bit of a mess but not "a nasty person" and I dunno who the other one is so maybe she was on a year I missed...
