I enjoyed a good number of BB18 housemates but only a couple of BB19 housemates were good for me

Also, even though BB18 had awful production (backdoor evictions is just one glaring problem), poor production led to some moments I enjoyed

I liked a number of BB19 moments and I think we can all agree BB19 had a lot better production and while I do prefer that, production let itself down in the end. 3rd and 4th leaving together? 75 minute final? Three or four echoes in the empty house (and the quotes were from BB19 only and were only mediocre) was a joke. I felt the BB19 failed as a finale to BB19, let alone a show with an eighteen year history

Yeah, like one of the quotes was "shut up, Akeem!" which...... isn't really quote-worthy? The only one that was any good was Tomasz's "yessss daddy!!!" :love:

18 was much more satisfying to me bc even though production wasn't as good, the house divide was gr8 and the overall narrative was VERY satisfying and the good HMs were so good that it made up for things. 19 definitely had better production but the cast was very tepid and lukewarm so I wasn't attached to any of them. I don't think I even have a favorite HM who I truly care about and love, while 18 had me fighting internally over whether I love Chanelle or Isabelle or either Agboola sister more.

BB19 by miles. Disliked the Cast of BB18 and basically everything about it. BB19s housemates where more old school BB types, and more friendly and more entertaining. 19 also had a better Eye logo, better house, production. So BB19 wins. First year a series has ended where I’m gonna miss the cast from the series and the series altogether.

BB18 was full of unbearable people, i only liked about 4 people,and i stopped watching for a while in the middle of it whereas BB19 i liked at least half the cast, the people seemed more real and i enjoyed the big coins twist. However BB18 had a far superior winner

good production and tasks literally means shet all if the cast don't deliver, we had about 2 major arguments this series, maybe 3, and even then the arguments weren't that entertaining, no one went crazy, there was no funny lines involved in the arguments like 'baggeh fanneh' and they'd almost instantly make up making for quite a boring house dynamic (unlike thorn vs. rose cottage), there wasn't even really one particular stand out funny moment (do NOT come for me with bloody margret and john sis IT'S NOT FUNNY), or a shocking moment like teesh's eviction, fight night 3 etc. or even a build up / shock eviction like savannah's eviction

People have been so thirsty for tasks that aren’t ‘who is the ugliest housemate’ or ‘mean tweets’ they have taken anything they could get, completely ignoring how **** and forgettable this series and housemates were. People don’t watch big brother only for the tasks, they watch for the housemates. I’ll eat my own arm if people can name one memorable moment from this series not involving tomasz or anamelia
