There's no way it was an accident. It had to have been purposely left there.

It was obviously just a bit of paintwork that had to be left as it was part of the door frame and they covered it up anyway.

It’s literally just a bit of paint work from the set, it’s not that deep. It was just covered over with the screens etc.
