Love Island’s Malin Andersson’s baby dies just a month after being born

Love Island star Malin Andersson's baby has tragically died just four weeks after being born.

Little Consy was born seven weeks early on December 23, and due to 'complications' was immediately rushed to the intensive care unit at London's Great Ormond Street hospital.

And this morning Malin, 25, shared the heartbreaking news that her beloved daughter had died.

"Completely in love with you... and my Mum just wanted you to be with her. Your time wasn’t ready yet. Mummy loves you," she wrote.

"I stayed with you each day.. you opened your eyes one last time for me and I saw those beautiful big brown eyes. I’m so sorry I couldn’t do anymore. Go be with grandma Consy."

It is the fourth heartbreaking tragedy for Malin, who lost her mum to breast cancer in November 2017 after it returned for a third time.

Her dad also died from skin cancer after battling the disease twice, and her good friend and Love Island co-star Sophie Gradon died last year in a suspected suicide.

And in a fitting tribute, the Love Island 2016 star revealed that she and partner Tom Kemp had chosen to name their little one after her mum.

I’m presuming some time in the summer of 2016. She said in an article on the 2nd June 2016 her dad made her promise not to have sex on TV then in the August se was talking of his death.

I don't wanna be horrible about her, especially at this time, but if her father's dying request to her was to not have sex on tv, and she disobeyed him, then that's quite harsh of her.
