Tbh I think they’d be wary of having another youtuber in the cast knowing how easily joe got through the show last year. And tbh they’ll be well aware that if Stacey didn’t have the shock factor of being an unlikely dancer but delivering each week, Joe would’ve won hands down.

I think they’d only ever cast another youtuber if they got a couple more big-name big-fanbase celebrities from other demographics (someone to the likes of a semi-current pipstar or iconic soap star) to even out the vote.

She was a mess at first but when she did her jive that's when she became a good dancer and had the best journey but the shock factor happens every year. So someone could still beat a youtuber with a fan base who would vote for them whatever they do.

But strictly producers can’t guarantee there will be that person who shocks and gains momentum. There’s been series with some pretty mediocre dancers and some where everyone improves week on week.
