When you think about how many marriages end in divorces; life is complex and sometimes you can't help how you meet people. In an ideal world, things happen perfectly, we don't hurt each others feelings, and we all behave - but that isn't the case.

Agree, they were probably having issues which is why she strayed, and they couldn’t resolve them, it’s a shame for them both but they obviously tried to fix it as we are more or less a year on from that kiss, good luck to them both now

Human beings are complex creatures. These societal expectations regarding monogamy and marriage are unfair. Love (though, in this context it may be a strong word) is a powerful emotional and we can't help when we feel it, even if it is at the wrong time.
