She will sleep with Sophie's ex in a future storyline.

Mess at the unnecessary storyline :skull:

I mean I'm sure anyone could find they have feelings for somebody at any point so let's see how it pans out

Wouldn't it mean she's Bi sexual rather than lesbian though?

You don’t just ‘become’ a lesbian Adam

Perhaps she has been through all the men in the area and now it’s time for a change.
Go Tracey.

You do in soaps, also she just straight up snags a woman then her daughter blackmailed her

so basically "We don't want to give any new queer characters a chance and kill them off 6 months into their storyline, so to appease the growing concerns with the "Kill Your Gays" trope, we'll just magically turn an established one"

Embarrassing.

Just the latest in a long line of soap plotlines that minimises bisexuality for plot convenience. Terrible.

It'll just be another Sonya in which they'll present bisexuality as being some sort of switch you can turn yourself gay/straight depending on the situation. Over it.

They did it with Charity in ED and although she still with the woman she fell for I still get the sense they will split them up in the future and send charity back down the man eater road

Robert in Emmerdale is the only bisexual character that springs to mind who just didn't become straight or gay based on the plot, they made him cheat a lot though which is a particularly aggravating trope aimed at bisexuals.

Idk I think Charity and Vanessa are gonna stick around. The fans adore them together and there’s no signs of any potential breakup.
