They are censors in away and regulate what you can and can't see on TV it doesn't mean it makes TV safe.

I agree, but a fine would have meant that there was racist behavior going on and that's what it was not.

Not according to the OFCOM report, which C4 and £ndemol accept - hence the apologies

Those apologies are annoying can we complain to Ofcom about Ofcom? The adverts are overlong and not needed because everyone saw the first one and if they didn't most peole know about it!
