Tbf Leanne was on about 230 followers and her account was private, as soon as it got taken off private she went up into the thousands as people had requested to follow her after the leak.

There's also fake accounts floating around that people are following, like one made for Nas which has 10k while his real account only has 2k, so that's something that affects follower counts as well.

I remember Theo from a few series ago had a twitter account with 80k followers... and it turned out to be fake, and the real Theo account ended up only having like 5k or something (and by the time it got took down no one cared about the series anymore)

I'm going to try and stagger my updates out more this series rather than doing one practically every night, as it'll show changes more clearly rather than graudally with each update.

One thing worth noting though is Sophie is the first of the cast from this year to reach 100k followers! Ollie is the least followed at the moment, not even managing to gain an extra 10k followers since the first two episodes have aired, whereas everyone else has gained at least 20k+ since the launch.

Pretty sure Molly was already in the hundred thousands prior to her entry. And Tommy was almost 100k before he entered due to his brother. But most importantly, last year was doing around 1m more in the ratings than this one, so might be why.

this series is beating 4 in the ratings or getting similar

it took Kendell who was there for a few days to get to 500k and it took Shaughna about 3 weeks. to get 500k.

I think Shaughna will reach 1 million before others and that will be near the final and then Callum and Nas will reach 1 million(if they are around then). It could be the cast more than anything. Series 4/5 followers were growing more quickly than this.
