Which was the best Love Island series?

I started watching from series 4 but I've seen 1 and 2 online. Still need to watch 3

The earlier seasons were the best because people didn't care as much about their image or securing a good reputation afterwards, and the drama wasn't just about love, it was about random things like toast and wanting the lights turned off sksk

For me personally, this series has been the most boring one so far.

The newer ones, especially this current one, seem to try and get 'dumb' people because producers obviously think that makes great tv

2 is the best and LI at its peak. A great cast, amazing drama, loads of iconic moments, hilarious, perfect length and well deserved winners.

5 didnt really do it for me, I didnt like any of them from start to finish

also on the newer ones theres too much editing and forced situations, like every night they all get dressed up in boohoo i saw it first clothes and have drinks and it all seems very set up

the older ones felt a bit more like big brother, apart from the dates and an occasional challenge, they were just left to it and the drama happened regardless

I think 3 is massively underrated. 2/3 are 100% the best two in my opinion.

4 and 5 were quite mediocre I thought and 1 isn’t necessarily bad, it just feels like a first series of a show iykwim.

The current series is the worst to date tho.
