I have awful sciatica and a muscular problem with my back, sometimes the pain is unbearable and it feels like it needs to crack.

Have you considered acupuncture/massages/chiropractors chick? I’m sure you have mindI do go for neuromuscular massages, it helps a bit but it wont ever fully go away so I just take strong painkillers and anti inflammatory medication when it gets really bad

That sounds bloody awful! I can’t imagine what it’s like but I bet you’re right it does probably just feel like you need to crack your back.
