No I wish I could lol

I have awful sciatica and a muscular problem with my back, sometimes the pain is unbearable and it feels like it needs to crack.

I do go for neuromuscular massages, it helps a bit but it wont ever fully go away so I just take strong painkillers and anti inflammatory medication when it gets really bad
