Rylan Clark-Neal is back, and this time he’s joined by brand new co-host, Janette Manrara. Three couples will be on the sofa for a chat to kick off this series, and we’ll look at the weekend’s performances in Choreography Corner.

Tuesday September 28th


Rylan dishes up more backstage gossip and behind-the-scenes action from the world of Strictly. He’ll be chatting to three more couples, and Choreography Corner returns to look at the rest of the weekend’s performances.


Wednesday September 29th


New host, Janette Manrara, will be guiding us through all the backstage ballroom action, with four couples stopping by for a chat. There’s also an exclusive first look at how some of the celebrities are coping with their new dances.

Thursday September 30th


Janette Manrara presents all the backstage gossip from the world of Strictly Come Dancing and chats to three more couples. Costume Designer Vicky Gill dazzles us with a sneaky preview of the weekend’s outfits.

Friday October 1st


Rylan is joined by two more couples on the sofa. A panel of former Strictly celebrities will be looking ahead to the weekend’s performances.

shame Dwayne Johnson was too busy i guess :( that he couldn't leave a message for Ugo & Oti

understandable though since he has quite a busy career with loads of new movies he stars or features in each year

but i don't think he on purposely ignored them, since i always find him such a lovely guy


especially on lip sync battle, his lip sync to shake it off is absolutely awesome

the medical team are by her side each day now

the crutches are more for precaution not to make things worse


and even if AJ is not able to dance, then we go ahead with 2 finalists, same in the year with Chris Hollins whom also was in a final of 2 couples



Tilly will not be in the final, tested positive for covid-19, so she'll not be in the eliminated celebs group dance best bits number
