Toy Soldier: I can see what this act was going for by sticking to the traditional instrumental style of the dance, and some imagination has gone into this, but given that they've gone for the traditional musical style I would have preferred something closer in authentic origin. This sits too in-the-middle for me, I'd have liked to see this either lean more heavily towards something traditional, or throw caution to the wind and give us a traditional dance to an unconventional musical style choice. I can see the thought process but the results didn't get me out of my seat

Toy Soldier: I was smiling from the first step, what a classic and perfect for the dance. A strong opening to the show... I doubt this is going to be topped

Barry: I’m guessing you don’t watch strictly but we just had this this year to a jive on movie week. It’s predictable too, but it was good

Parmnion: Surely the original has been in a film, and would have been better than this. It was a good move though, but the cover version left me a bit flat.

As Nessa knew that you'd chosen a song for her then you must have messaged her to tell her that? So what you should have done is messaged her to tell her that "that song had already been chosen, can you choose something else, we'll wait for you"

The object of the game is to choose your own songs, so the object is defeated when someone else chooses them for you.

While you may have had good intentions, the fact is it was still the wrong thing to do.

If you've already sent the songs off then this round is pretty much dead now and needs to start again with two new themes.
