I just like the guy ... just like all the millions and millions who voted for him about 18 months ago

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

I think you will find that probably most of those who voted for him now regret it.

Just liking the guy is not enough. He runs the fecking country or is suppose to.

Saying you like the guy is absolutely no sound argument and quote frankly ridiculous

You are a Hard Worker

Some jobs are hard, being a moderator does not fit into that category. It's voluntary. Anyone who would think otherwise, I would have to question if they know what a hard job is.

The PM is Missing

Not that surprised. He's probably having a mental breakdown.

I wouldn't expect you to do anything less, but it really says a lot for the country if all you have to do is like a guy regardless of anything else.

It's not a defence.

You have to view things objectively in my opinion and I don't think you can do that.

He's getting a very hard time and I'm surprised he hasn't cracked, but he signed up for the job of prime minister. You have to be honest and he's not.

Just a few times Boris "too trusting" Johnson has lied throughout his career

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/politics/2021/dec/10/lies-accusations-boris-johnson-full-list-dishonesty-christmas-party

Before I get the "millions voted for him in 2019" rubbish, its just that. They voted to get Brexit done and dusted because everyone was bored by then and had bought into his bull**** of £350 million to the NHS, hasn't happened. What has happened is a catalogue of lies, cover ups and a embarrassment of apology after apology. Its actually shameful

The betting odds are in

According to the betting odds tracking website Oddschecker - the race to be the next Prime Minister is currently led by Penny Mordaunt.
She has odds of 9/2 from Bet365, William Hill and BetVictor, despite being widely considered as a dark-horse candidate.

Rishi Sunak is backed as the joint-favourite by Bet365 and William Hill, and is in second place for a host of others, and is one of the clear front-runners.

Sajid Javid, whose resignation just before Mr Sunak’s
kick-started the Cabinet revolt, is the third-favourite for most bookmakers, with odds of around 8/1.

And being honest he only won that because Corbyn was called an "IRA sympathiser" which in the UK will nuke anyones chances.

Boris has never really been that popular, and it's being exposed now that the Media can't go around calling all of his foes IRA sympathisers.

Yeah he needs to go.

I do feel sorry for him a bit because he must be so stressed. The pressure is just enormous.

He's been given a really hard time and I completely get why, but when you look at president biden for example, the media are so tame when he can't even string a sentence together. The media were awful with Donald trump.

Having said that, you put yourself in that position when you go for prime minister.

I'm gonna be consistent here and say that reporting Nish for this Tweet is a waste of Twitter's time.

It's not a wise tweet by any means, but Twitter has Bot problems, Paedophiles, Zoophiles & Terrorists on their site that they need to deal with, I honestly think someone calling Boris a "rich white man" is not that big of a deal for Twitter, or it shouldn't be anyway.

It'd be different for me if Nish had've said "I wanna kill that Honky" because that's a motive to wanna commit harm to someone because of the colour of their skin.

Why do you keep banging on about Starmer. This has nothing to do with Tories c Labour, this is Boris' staff and colleagues realising he is not for for the job. He has made disastrous decision after disastrous decision and people, his Government and the public, have quite rightly had enough. One or two resignations could be seen as the fault of others but for 40 staff members to resign is unprecedented and shows exactly the level of disenchantment with Boris.

If he loves this country as he says he needs to step aside....now, not in weeks when further damage has been done

He has a sweet face.

And its the government's fault why there are so many poor towns and cities

Can't disagree

Oh dear. As much as I like Boris as a leader…Brexit/covid/Ukraine..I think overall he has done well. However, he has made mistakes and he has apologised for some things and made wild excuses for others. I think he has reached a point of no return…and he needs to go…but his stubbornness is giving me some amusement and admiration…and I know it shouldn’t…

Yeah there have been succeses. That can't be denied

Maybe Not

Nadhim (Staying in his new position)
has now said,
Johnson must stand down

Nadhim needs to decide what he's doing. In or out

Did Matt agree how much he was going to pay Thomas in his bet :worry:

No we didn't discuss financials.. should have.

Resigning as Tory leader but not as PM :smug:

Oh leave off

oh actually he is going to stay on until the Autumn, so you win Matt, Thomas get your wallet out

Not as pm :nono:

This is really getting on my nerves..

All these quitters lining up this morning to get their smug faces on tv, being smug about resigning and how unattainable the situation had got. All full of opinions.

Then the interviewer asks them who do they think should take over.....oh, I've not given that any thought...

Bunch of tossers, every last one of them.

But if the decision is made he can't stay on then they will all just be sacked again

I don't think he will remain as a caretaker. Position is done and dusted.

Someone else will caretaker.
