Changed my diet a bit, swapped morning sausage and egg mcmuffins on my way to work, for home cooked omelettes and salmon. Nuts for snacks instead of Kit Kats. And just been doing more weights. Six pack is back too!

And yeah Rusty, i walk with a spring in my step, it's a great feeling!

Tbh, i've always been one of those people a few pints and a big mac away from a beer belly. Im actually eating more now than i was before, and it's high fat, just the right kind of fats.

Im sure Christmas will kick my arse though :laugh:
