Easy …

Lean over a bowl of hot water ( with Vicks vapour rub or similar) for 5 minutes

Then bend down as low as you can get and clear each nostril alternately ( like the footballers do ) . Do each nostril at least 10
times as you are bent over ( head as far down as possible) and the gunk will pour out of your nostrils .. don’t give up too soon

Blow your nose spray it up both nostrils and within 3 minutes you will have a fully working snoz with no running from said trumpet
