Szoboszlai, yes another great one from the amazing RB Leipzig quality training facilities, same as Nkunku shaped up nicely for the worldclass top teams in europe
a reason why PSG loaned out their Xavi Simons to them, hoping he can be shaped in no time by them into a superstar
and tbf Leipzig don't mind this project what they are being used for, i mean they already made loads of profits again on Szoboszlai, Nkunko both of them good for 130 million for their finances!
and we all know Dani Olmo can also be another easy 70 or 80 million sell for them next summer i think

former ajax talent Kaj Sierhuis whom still has a ongoing contract at Stade Reims however that french team looking to sell him, he never got going in france mainly due to injuries, but Fortuna see a nice enough stand in centre forward in him for Paul Gladon
Apparently Arsenal have been heavily linked with Neymar. But i very much doubt he'll go there. Wagers of about £1m a week n'all.
Don't rate him, and i think he'll be exposed in the PL.

I heard contradictory information in the one report on Kane, they simply don't have a clue. Levy has been told to sell Kane if he wont sign a contract, so bayern really dont need to offer any more for kane, if spurs want money for him, they need to sell him. No-one else is realistically going to come in for him now, so it's Bayern or leave on a free next year
Ten Hag would never take Neymar in his team, too much of a diva, even if money was no object, and he doesn't play in the style Ten Hag wants

the in Athens born dutch youth international Sierhuis is a product of Ajax their well known youth academy, in 2016 he made his debut for Jong Ajax, and he played 3 games in first team of Ajax and sent out on loan to Groningen, afterwards he ended up in France at Stade Reims, so far he has played 148 games in the professional football

Yeah true. I don't have high hopes really. Literally can't call how Chelsea are gonna perform this season.
very few teams do well in the transfer market. There certainly seems more bad than good signings across the board. If Kane goes to Bayern, even that is a big risk, he may just not settle in
I've just been looking at some betting odds trying to find value. Rice and Mount to score 6 PL goals each this season is 3/1.
Kane to go to Bayern, and Mbappe to any Saudi club is 40/1
I don't see Rice and Mount both scoring 6 PL goals tbh. I think Kane looks set for Bayern, and if Saudi offer Mbappe some more insane money, who knows?!
isn't the boss of the saudi investment fund a pal of the PSG chairman? The bid for him was obviously engineered to get PSG out the FFP poo. If they didn't have the FFP issues, they wouldn't care less if Mbappe left on a free next year
Yeah i think they're all buddy buddy. Mbappe is obviously seriously pissing a lot of people off
They have to sell him. He wants a chance of winning something, he wont get that at Spurs.
it must be getting close to the magic number
Neymar has been offered to Barca by PSG on loan.
Bayern Munich have submitted their final offer for Harry Kane.
The Bundesliga side want a quick decision from Tottenham otherwise they will move on and look at other targets.
Bayern believe they have improved on the £20m gap in valuation between the two clubs and feel this offer is fair.
Sky Germany are reporting the bid is more than £86.3m (€100m).
If Spurs accept the bid, the transfer could happen quickly.
Kane could potentially earn in the region of £11m net annually over the course of a five-year contract. That will be broken down into basic salary, number of games played and bonuses.
Tottenham's record scorer also hasn’t ruled out returning to the Premier League in future

Neymar has informed Paris Saint Germain's management that he wants to leave the Ligue 1 club this summer.
Ideally, he would like to return to Barcelona but it is difficult to see how they can afford him because of their financial problems.
He has three years left to run on his £25m a year contract. There remains a question over whether he is jumping or being pushed.
At 31, he is not thought to be a key player for new head coach Luis Enrique as he builds a new side.

Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of Micky van de Ven from Wolfsburg.
The centre-back has put pen to paper on a six-year deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, keeping him at the club until 2029.
Van de Ven was in attendance for Tottenham's 5-1 pre-season win over Shakhtar Donetsk last weekend ahead of finalising the terms of his switch.
The fee to take the 22-year-old to North London is thought to be worth around £43m.
Van de Ven is Tottenham's fifth new arrival of the summer after James Maddison, Guglielmo Vicario, Ashley Phillips and Manor Solomon, while they have also struck deals to keep Pedro Porro and Dejan Kulusevski permanently.
it's real .......
Al-Ittihad want to pair Karim Benzema with Mo Salah and they are prepared to offer the Egyptian a four-fold pay rise. But they will surely have to sweeten the deal for Liverpool…
The Saudi splurge has done Liverpool a couple of favours this summer, with the Reds making more than £50million from selling Fabinho and Jordan Henderson. But Jurgen Klopp is unlikely to welcome the latest Pro League interest in one of his stars…
Al-Ittihad are said to be preparing a bid for Mo Salah worth £51.8million. And, according to Al-Riyadiah, the Egyptian will be offered around £1.5million per week to move to Jeddah to reunite with Fabinho and play alongside Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kante.
A source supposedly close to Salah has said that talks between Al-Ittihad and the player are taking place, but the Pro League champions will surely have to make the deal more tempting for Liverpool.
Even if Klopp can keep Salah this season, the Mirror claims Salah will feature among the big names on the Saudis’ list for next summer, with Kevin De Bruyne also said to be a target.

what that says to me is that Moyes has won the battle against the technical director. Moyes wanted signings proven in the premier league, the other guy wanted to recruit from overseas
Lots of snobbishness about transfers now I think. West Ham fans kicking off about getting an experienced England and top 4 club centre back and one of the great set piece takers of the last few years. We'd have loved to be able sign players like that a few years ago
We have also lost a few people who know the league well and are leaders in the dressing room in the last couple of years so I'm all for getting Maguire and JWP over anyone unproven from different leagues

WH don't play a high pressing game which is where Maguire makes the mistakes. Same as England really

Yup
was way different in the Golden Days of Football, with players like Taffarel, Buffon, Maldini, Gerrard, Totti, Raul, Puyol, Baggio
and back then you also had the big money from the Saudi's but then they too more relied on homegrown talent, superstars like Al-Daeyea, Al-Jaber whom also have lots of club love for Al-Hilal, many successes with them in the Asian Champions League and domestic league and cup, many titles too
same in the US, where you had superstars like Brian McBride, Landon Donovan, Cobi Jones, Claudio Reyna, Kasey Keller
Fabulous news .. fingers crossed !

West Ham have a strong interest in Manchester City forward Cole Palmer.
It is understood the Hammers are exploring a loan deal for the 21-year-old.
But it’s not been confirmed if a potential deal for Palmer is part of any discussions over City’s pursuit of Lucas Paqueta.

Nah, it's not real life.
i agree, something is going on at liverpool. If I was a betting man, i would say that the owners are holding out for the inevitable business merging between the saudi league and uefa/premier league. I also think that is why the Man U sale has stalled. They will keep things ticking over until the big bucks come in

Sky Sports News has exclusively been told it is looking increasingly likely Harry Kane will stay at Tottenham.
This is despite Spurs and Bayern Munich agreeing a deal worth almost £100m for the England captain.
Bayern are willing to pay £86m up front for Kane, with add-ons taking the deal close to £100m - a record for the club.
Kane has one year left on his Spurs contract and, with no indication he will renew his deal, Tottenham felt agreeing a move was the best worst-case scenario.

Paul Joyce (can't get as reliable as him) has confirmed we have the money for Caicedo and have spoken to Brighton which would make me assume we didn't think Lavia was worth the price Southampton demanded.

We should keep the bid in to make Chelsea pay more. Chelsea are obviously struggling to reach the amount needed otherwise it would have happened by now. He didn't say he didn't want to play for us, he just said that he wanted Chelsea, which is fair enough as they've done the legwork on him all season, and it's a double the money, but he would be happy to join us if Chelsea wasn't possible.
i do think Liverpool should play hardball with Brighton though. They had a deadline for bids last night, so we should be applying pressure to them to stick to it and make chelsea either put up or shut up.

It's not about what the player wants it's about the way Chelsea have treated Brighton over the last year and Brighton has clearly had enough and will not back down, they want a higher fee from Chelsea and the majority paid upfront but Chelsea can't afford the fee hence why they begged Brighton to take some players and then messed Leeds and Adams about because Brighton had interest.
Brighton actually don't need the money so they can hold on for as long as they need and will clearly not be bullied.
We won't walk away for the simple fact that Chelsea has contacted us to demand us to withdraw out bid
chelsea have plenty money. They have done enough deals this window to reduce their ffp worries. I just can't believe any team would commit a record transfer fee to get a player that doesn't want to be there. It doesn't make any logical sense

Treated Brighton? You're having a laugh, we paid way over the odds for the woeful Cucurella, way too much compensation for Potter, and we just paid £25m for Sanchez, a very average goalkeeper. If anything they should give us Caicedo as a thank you.

They've spent nearly £900m (over the last year) if Lavia and MC end up there. No european revenues coming in, I agree they've sold a few but no way is that a sustainable amount to be in line with FFP.
It's not that he doesn't want to be there; he was up for it earlier today, chelsea is just his first choice. Frenkie wanted nothing to do with united last season, and you weren't competing for his signature with anyone other team, so your analogy does not fit.
it is a sign of a club that is fcuked though. We have to stay in until it's done with Chelsea because we're an amateur club that has sat on our hands all summer.
We've got £50m in for 2 players, and saved £44m on wages, and only signed 2 players. That is the real issue - the fact that we're not a serious club.

They really have not though, only academy products give pure profits, everyone else only the profit on what you paid counts which because they sold many at a loss it doesn't count at all plus they are pussing for £1b in the space of 1 year to avoid FFP they would need to make sales at a profit of over £600m

That's fair enough, but Denver is wrong if he thinks Brighton are hard done by, and been "bullied" by Chelsea. Almost £60m for Cucurella? Over £20m in compensation for Potter? They're the ones laughing, not us.

Liverpool were banned from signing Academy players for 2 years and fined £100k for taping up a player a few years ago.
Anything over £15m for Cucurella is too much, and we paid close to £60m.
Chelsea was also found guilty of this aswell, the fact is Brighton dont want to do business with you which is why they have point blank said offer more then Liverpool or dont contact us

Though I really wouldn't lose sight on us signing a Madrid player, most likely Valverde as the money is clearly there and Madrid have to sell to fund Mbappe and im pretty much expecting Andre to come in which realistically is the best of the 3 dms we went for
I’d love Valverde .. perfect Klopp player

Except Mbappe isn't moving now this summer, so Madrid don't need any money to sign him on a free next summer.

Because we're the only club silly enough to pay over the odds for their players. Liverpool offering so much money is very uncharacteristic of them, but Brighton know they can keep pushing Chelsea because we're dumb enough to pay the most, and pay 3 times what these players are actually worth.
We're not taking the piss out of them, they're taking the piss out of us. Also, if Chelsea find a backbone and tell Brighton "shove it up your arse then" i'll be seriously surprised if Liverpool will back up their £111m bid.
Fair play for this.

If Man U allow greenwood back in the team after everyone has seen the video evidence, it's a step too far for me. I expect him to never play for the club again

£170m on him and Lavia with plans to sign atleast 3 more players, they are definitely failing FFP but it remains to be seen how hard they come down on them but I would expect harsh punishments for purposely failing FFP, they don't have any sellable assets left
FFP stretches over 3 years, so they have 3 years from now to offset the cost of Caicedo. That's how they can do it
Spurs are interested in Lukaku. Please make this happen! Never rated him, never wanted him back at Chelsea, another huge waste of money.

They have made crazy losses over the last 3 years already.
And selling players dont work because only academy players are pure profit and only profit on other sales counts so because they are selling players for cheaper then they brought them they count as losses

he is worth less than half of that
players are worth what clubs are prepared to pay for them. As long as you have teams like chelsea, Man U, Man City and Arsenal prepared to splash the cash, the price will keep going up
The only way to stop it is to stop paying football subscriptions and attending matches

There is no agreement between Southampton and Chelsea just yet – but it is thought to be close.
Liverpool have already agreed a package with Southampton worth £60m

They have litterslly just signed a fake shirt sponsor from a company with links to the owner, the cost of the sponsorship is worth more then the company paying and is very dodgy similar to what City have been doing.

Near guaranteed success and massive financial benefits against the risk of a nominal fine in the future ..

again, you are making stuff up because through liverpool's incompetence they have failed to sign players. You said that liverpool werent interested in the player, but put in a 60m bid for him yesterday. Do you see how foolish you sound

players that just break down in the first game of the season are likely to be out for a while. Given James history at chelsea, i don't see him playing much part for a while either.
The high pressing game is asking for trouble and a lot of teams are playing that way now

i thought Barca had some money now, with the sell of Ousmane Dembele, whom they want to sell few years ago too because he's salary wise one of their top players
but i don't think Bernardo Silva will go to Barca, do think they will buy someone though
