Messi has to sign on the dotted line though and he’s hardly chasing the £€$ ..
He’s available on a free transfer in a week or so I expect him to sign for Barca again unless that crazy La Liga president scuppers the deal ..

As for Chelsea I think one of the most important jobs for Poch is getting rid of a lot of the current squad, not signing new players

Yeah and Poch needs time. Though we gave Potter a decent amount of time and that went nowhere.
But yes, a clear out is needed for sure. Though i think we're in desperate need of a striker. I think it was the lowest goal scoring tally for Chelsea this season in almost 100 years.

Absolutely loved Drogba. I feel like Costa did well for us too tbh. His passion, and grit was always appealing to the Chelsea fans.

We wont be able to give half these playing away imo. I mean, Havertz for example, what team is gonna want him after his poor showing this season?!

"Joao Felix to return to Atletico Madrid after Mauricio Pochettino tells Chelsea he
does not want forward"
Havertz is good on his day, but seriously lacks any kind of consistency. He was a 1 in 5, at best, good game player before this season. This season i've not seen him have more than one or two good games.
Sterling on the other hand, he needs to go. I've never rated him. I know he's had a decent career, but i was in the half of Chelsea fans very much "meh" when we signed him.

well let some Chelsea b team players come to eindhoven pls, preferably some central defenders, we are in desperate need of something talented for once
hope we can keep Xavi Simons, extend Fabio Silva for one more season, keep Patrick van Aanholt
few new goalkeepers as Benitez, Drommel can go if you ask me
Waterman although has to make a promotion to 2nd choice for the cup matches where we can need his experience most
ditch Jordan Teze asap and sign a proper and actual right back for **** sake
backstabber Veerman can go if you ask me, the one whom was main cause for Van Nistelrooy's departure
the transfer window certainly will be interesting this summer
-------
Ajax too, Van der Sar has left board of directors too there, sooo Sven Mislintat will begin his term as sports director with a whole board, coaching staff, new manager
--------
Fortuna Sittard might make another move on PEC Zwolle coach Dick Schreuder whom they wanted to sign last summer
---------
Vitesse their coach Cocu has upped the main mission for the club, be more ambitious for left side of the leaderboard and he wants to sign Jeroen Zoet as a replacement for the loaned Kjell Scherpen from Brighton, he knows Zoet well from his PSV days

Arsenal have declared interest in Xavi Simons
idk if he should do that, with already many players departing PSV (and his main reason for possibly staying was CL football, that 2nd place goal was a success, fellow topscorer here next to Utrecht's Douvikas with 30 goals) for his development i'd say stay one more year in eindhoven
he already earned lots of money from his years at PSG, Barcelona anyway so

first a coach, might be Dick Schreuder i guess, but secretly hoping Bert van Marwijk comeback
we need a forward, not a big name ala yilmaz but lesser ego, more quality teamplayer pls, surprise me i'd say
i hope Siovas, Embalo, Cordoba, Ferati, and also might be unrealistic but Cox too i hope, he is our very solid left back, am happy we extended contracts of Pandur, are negotiating with Bistrovic, i do hope Erdogan stays, although first half of season i disliked him, he is getting better and better

£35m for Mac Allister is day light robbery
Real Madrid have agreed a deal with Borussia Dortmund to sign England midfielder Jude Bellingham for 103m euros (£88.5m).
The 19-year-old, who joined Dortmund from Birmingham City in July 2020, was one of England's top performers at last year's World Cup.
Bellingham wants the move and will have a medical in the next few days.
The midfielder, who has been linked with some of Europe's top sides, will sign a six-year deal.
Dortmund have confirmed in a statement that the Spanish side have agreed to pay 103m euros, with various potential add-ons on top of that.
If those add-ons are achieved, the deal could reach 133.9m euros (£115m).
Manchester City and Liverpool were two of the sides keen on Bellingham, who is set to become the world's third-most expensive teenager.
----------------------------------
He is young, but i don't really rate him

Argentina legend Lionel Messi will join American side Inter Miami after his exit from French champions Paris St-Germain.
The former Barcelona forward is set to reject a more lucrative offer from Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.
The Miami deal includes collaboration from brands like Adidas and Apple.

Given Kane was forced to stay there a couple of years ago, the same applies, they cant force him to go to another club, he is under contract and paid by spurs until next year.
Maguire is basically able to do the same at Man U and there will be about a dozen players at Chelsea, happy to see out their lucrative contracts
The reality is that from the next January window, Kane can enter into a pre-contract agreement with his next team, and that could easily be Man U for zero transfer fee

What a bladdy midfield four Bellingham ( 19) Valverde ( 24) , Tchouaméni (23) and Camavinga (20)
Although Arsenal could well field a midfield 4 of Odegard, Partey, Rice and Caicedo !

i always have liked Real Madrid  also love how Raul is lowkey gotten himself into the same role as Alfredo Di Stefano used to have at presentations
Courtois
Fran Garcia, Militao, Alaba, Carvajal
Bellingham, Valverde, Camavinga
Brahim Diaz, ''new signing - tba'', Vini Jr
whew that is a good squad
and for the forward for the goals i'd try and go for Harry Kane as a second choice to Mbappe (with the right wingers, who can provide quality assists, he is a guarantee for loads of goals)

neither does Mbappe fit Ten Hag's fast paced pressing game, whom is literally as slow as a snail :fan:
he can score lots of goals yes but he needs to have a good supply line of assists, he is likely to have that more at RM than at Man U, especially with ''Mr 100 million'' ego Antony always going for own successes from the right wing position (and Antony is ETH's pet what we all know, he already favoured him a lot at ajax)

West Ham have rejected Arsenal's first bid for England midfielder Declan Rice.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has made Rice one of his main transfer targets, with suggestions that a deal was close.
However, it is understood the initial offer for the 24-year-old has left the Hammers unimpressed as it contains a number of clauses.
Sources at West Ham do expect further communication from Arsenal, although they are also anticipating an offer from Manchester City.

Hey Swan, what do you make of Chelsea still actively buying players in this window? FFP has got to kick in very soon
Well, i dunno, the FFP is so shady, so many loopholes. As for Chelsea buying players, if we can offload Lukaku and Koulibaly to Inter that'll be a good thing. What we desperately need is a striker that can perform on a relatively consistent basis.
It's all such a mess, i dunno what the answer is tbh. We have so many average players that had way too much hype behind them. Hopefully Poch can get them playing. But our main concern is goals.

Brendan Rodgers has agreed terms on a long-term deal to return to Celtic as manager.
It is understood the paperwork is being finalised and an announcement is expected this week.
The 50-year-old won seven trophies during his first spell in Glasgow, including back-to-back domestic trebles, but left for Leicester City midway through the 2018/19 season - much to the frustration of many Celtic fans.
Rodgers is understood to have agreed a deal in excess of his previous Celtic contract, which will make him the highest-paid manager in the club's history again.

We were linked with him before. Hopefully he can hit the ground running the PL, we certainly need a lot more goals next season.

Talks over a fee will now take place between the two clubs.
If achieved, £86m would make the Croatian international the most expensive defender ever.

Wales captain Aaron Ramsey says he would be open to rejoining Cardiff City "one day" amid uncertainty over his club future.
Ramsey is due to become a free agent at the end of this month having failed to agree a new deal at Ligue 1 club Nice.
The 32-year-old has been linked with a return to Cardiff, where he started his career.
Speaking at an event in his hometown of Caerphilly, Ramsey was asked if he would like to play for Cardiff again.
The 32-year-old said: "That's where I grew up so having that opportunity, and them giving me that opportunity and giving me that platform to go on to what I have achieved so far in my career, I will forever be grateful for [that].
"So for sure one day I would love to go back there, but who knows when that time might be. We'll see.
"There are a few things that need sorting out now over the next few weeks for me.
"The most important thing for me is to enjoy my time off now with my family and to make the right decision going forward for us."
Cardiff are under an EFL transfer embargo - and are currently only able to sign free agents - because they defaulted on payment of the transfer fee for the late Emiliano Sala.

Kane to Bayern no thank you, also they already have Choupo-Moting, whom really did quite well in trying to replace an icon such as Lewandowski
Kane to Dortmund though, they still are in need of more goalscoring qualities centre forward i mean
Kane and Malen up front would be a dynamic duo :dazzler:

PSV reached an agreement with american forward Ricardo Pepi, who recently won the Concacaf Nations League with USA national team
is he though?
Why else has he stayed loyal to a club that loaned him out about 5 times as a youngster

Manchester City have signed Croatia midfielder Mateo Kovacic from Chelsea for an initial £25m.
The deal for the 29-year-old is also worth a possible £5m in add-ons and he has signed a four-year contract.
Kovacic is City's first signing of the summer after they won the Treble of Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup titles last season.
"This is a brilliant move for me, and I cannot wait to get started with City," said Kovacic.

Fabulous signing and cheap .. he has the perfect skill set for City and can virtually just go in there to replace Gundogen ..

Liverpool are ready to rival Real Madrid in trying to sign Paris St-Germain's France forward Kylian Mbappe, 24, with a bid of more than 300m euros (£258m), according to Fifa agent Marco Kirdemir
-----------------
i will believe that when i see it
Arsenal have made a third bid for West Ham's Declan Rice worth £105m, which, if accepted, would make him the most expensive British player ever.
The deal breaks down as a £100m initial fee, plus £5m in performance-related add-ons.
------------------------------
looks like the city bid put the wind up arsenal. Nicely played city
David de Gea reportedly signed a contract extension with Manchester United before the club pulled out of the agreement and made a significantly lower offer to the Spain goalkeeper, whose future at Old Trafford is now under a heavy cloud.

They need to get rid of the owners and board asap

Excellent signing … Xhaka was great in his more attacking role last season but Havertz is a massive upgrade on him ( in that advanced role )

West Ham have not immediately accepted Arsenal's £105m bid for Declan Rice, according to the Daily Mail.
Sky Sports News understands the deal breaks down as a £100m initial fee, plus £5m in performance-related add-ons.
But the Daily Mail claim the Hammers want the guaranteed portion of the fee paid by the start of 2025, preferably in two instalments, with Arsenal wanting to pay the fee over a five-year period.
It is understood Arsenal will continue negotiations with the Irons today over the structure of the deal for Rice
