I have checked out the link that you've sent me, and another site just to get more information about this, as I honestly never knew anything about this case until now.

The technicality that the BBC's going for in this instance is that he weren't found guilty of anything (because his ex-wife didn't press charges most likely) so it leaves the Media articles having to say "alleged" when talking about the case, because he hasn't technically been convicted for Domestic Abuse.

I will admittedly say that the case didn't sound very good for him imo, and that personally I don't believe that we should necessarily be celebrating people like that on a Celeb Reality Show, but that's just me.

He was taken to the police station where the police explained to him what can constitute as assault, after being told what can all be seen as assault he agreed to receive the caution. There was nothing physical in it.
