well prove it then Pete, show us your 'improvement' then in this weeks waltz, no gimmicks, pure waltz content hopefully
JB good viennese waltz choice, finally that song being done justice rather than it was misued for Judy Murray at blackpool
Sarah dancing to a Ariana Grande banger
traditional quickstep for Chris, a cole porter tune :flutter:

shame Tasha doesn't have traditional argentine tango music :(
MoJo with a cynthia erivo inspirational tune, nice a first time a song of hers being used on the show
might work nicely for a rumba i think
but a Tasha vs MoJo dance off, will mean judges of course saving their dance queen Tasha no matter how many mistakes she'd make

Somewhere is a proper tune for a waltz, i listened it again just now
thankfully it is not the clichéd up Maria (which done Charles Venn in)
and One Hand, One Heart also recently been used for Helen Skelton if i remember correctly
glad it is a different WSS song this time
Popular is from this years version of Wicked, it'll be sped up for sure to match the dance but it is very lighthearted feel good, should suit Sarah's personality just fine
Six combined with an argentine tango doesn't feel right with me, i rather have Phantom of the Opera being used again then, but then a more dramatic version of music of the night

Sarah couldn't have got a more amazing musical for her performance. It's massive at the moment! So it will work in her favour so good for her
Also looking forward to Tashas Argentine Tango.

so?
slow dances can look oh so beautiful to be honest
a waltz is a nice follow up dance for Pete, after his tango, also a waltz is not as easy as one might think, quite complicated footwork and posture to work on, as well as in this week also getting the storytelling right with your given musical, as well as a choreo with backing dancers
nice one to compare Pete to, would be Mark Wright? from the reality tv bubble, and in all fairness he is better than Jamie Laing for sure (whom more leaned too much on gimmicky uptempo dances in that covid reduced 2020 series)

I'm Here is from The Color Purple, yes the oscar nominated film by Spielberg then turned Musical, then into another film
Cynthia Erivo plays the lead in the musical version, you know her i think, she was a guest judge on strictly few years ago, standing in for Motsi
