remove John Barrowman from being blacklisted, and he would make a fine Strictly host presenter honestly, a worthy successor to Sir Brucie :love: can also see him doing a little dance and a song at the beginning of each live show like Brucie used to do



and who as the second presenter, maybe AJ Odudu :think:

John is also still very popular, many sold out shows currently in the US


and tbh having an entertainer again as presenter, would be going back to the good old days of the show, considering Sir Brucie also was quite the entertainer



and John has a past with the show, as a former christmas special winner ;) he still is a fan of the show, despite BBC blacklisting him, he even applauded the show for more same-sex partnerships included in the show

i mean John is very unapologetic, but honestly strictly can get spiced up some more, and i believe him if he didn't do anything wrong on the set of Torchwood, i just believe he can be very theatrical, and not everyone can handle that, but for the job as strictly host that sort of personality would be perfect


and to balance him out, i'd say AJ Odudu as co-host

Claudia is more difficult to replace, but also not impossible, Mel Giedroyc would make a nice one, for the Mellotorium (what the green room can be rebranded into) she also has experience with presenting eurovision you decide, the former national selection

also he still has somewhat of a national treasure vibe going for him (through the Torvill & Dean fame)




i disagree with you Livia, i love Zoe Ball, used to love it takes two more with her as host, she'd make an excellent replacement for Claudia i feel up those stairs to chat to the couples after their dance and before the scores reveal

and honestly what some people don't know, is that he is a fan of light entertainment shows, and his mother was a quite well known theatre performer Pilar Bardem, he also is a fan of heavy metal music and flamenco dancing
