Well thats a bit of a kick in the teeth for me Kate. Yes your song matched the theme and dance and so did everyone else's so I guess people rank based on their preference of song for a dance because everyone is doing well with matching every week. Nothing is personal in the game as noone knows who each other are. And also all other players also spend ages picking songs too. And you topped the leaderboard a couple of shows ago. Its just how the game goes. So to now refuse to ever take part in it again seems a bit rash

You're a great competitor Kate.

Everyone that's been eliminated so far has gone down in neck and neck votes, and it was the first time you were in the bottom two.

My point being that you were competitive, and personally I think that the 90's theme was the hardest theme so far for me to find a good song choice. So this theme is not a shameful one to get eliminated on imo.

…to be fair to Kate …(…and I’m enjoying the aspect of being the adjudicator …)…I have kind of been anticipating that a joining of the two shows might spoil it for some in terms of the TiBB game…being top or consistently higher on the board would/could make some one a target for the saboteurs so then players have to gage it to not come too high but try not to be knocked out either and still submit a good entry…because it is a game/contest that people spend time and thought on their choices and really apply themselves to their entry, I just think that the two games/new format might not be compatible…sorry Jake, that’s no criticism to you…

And there are other players who were up for the twists this time and are enjoying them. I announced all the twists before the game started so you were allowed to back out of it then.

I personally felt it wasn’t a strong choice though compared to most of the others (you finished second to last in my rankings this week). That’s not a dig, as you got my top points in round 1 (I won’t share any of my other points, I know Jake likes to keep them for the finals).

On reflection I dont think the twist is working as there is an unfair advantage for the sabouteurs even though only i know who all three are, also I get my rankings done as one of the players plus obviously from the start I have been the guardian so I give 5 people extra votes I send these to ammi to keep it fair though. But I think that may be unfair too when I know who the Sabouteurs etc are aswell as who gets the shield etc

So to stop it becoming really messy I am prepared to start again with a clean slate take all the twists away, and bring Kate and Shaun back.

But maybe as we’re now less rather than them rank -2, -3, just let them rank one person with 1, 0, -1? As the less of us there are, the more the big minus points affect the scores as the scores decrease each round.

In all seriousness tho I would probably just keep the game going as it is (as much as I would love to come back). It’s a game with a twist that hasn’t been done before and there’s gonna be a few issues pop up and stuff because it’s pretty much a trial at this point. You’re only going to know about these issues whilst the game is been played out but at least that way you can fix these issues for next time if you choose to do the twist again?

Ive had a member who isnt playing the game message me with a good suggestion. If it is decided the twists are done away with and eliminated players come back, noone has to do a dance they have already done in the past 3 shows again. Even with being a new celebrity. So its not a complete waste of time. And if you did want to do that performance as one of your performances in the final if you got a good score(well, kate and shaun couldnt as we have found out which celebrities they were at the time)

So it wouldnt be starting all again past performances still stand

Oh I love this. Very much like the sudden dance thing they did in actual strictly. I feel this should be done nearer the quarter finals when less players remain. You will be sent a dance you had already done in the previous weeks. But there will be a brand new theme that you have to match a song with the dance but you will only have 30 mins. I like it

Seems the majority have decided to lose the twist but not have a reshuffle or returning players. So im afraid that is the end of the road for kate and shaun however I sincerely hope they will play in our normal series next time. Sorry you two.

As the Shield was already given I will let it be in play for the next show and that person knows who they are but after that obviously the shield will not be a thing anymore. My guardian votes will not be a thing anymore. The Saboteurs will be no more.

If its any consolation the twist didn't affect the overall results anyway. The people thag went home were on the lower part of the majority of players rankings. So the Sabouteur thing didnt really do much anyway. Least I gave it a try it just didnt work too well in the end

We all know Mock's depravity and I can see Livia looking forward to settling some scores down the line (literally) if someone made her sit through something particularly horrific tunes one too many times. All in good fun, obviously.
