Are you the sort of person who experiments with different milks for your coffee (if so, what?) or do you tend to just stick to conventional milk?

Sorry to break this to you Redway but Calves are baby cows or bulls and do not produce milk

You can definitely get calf-milk powder.

Well if you can its being incorrectly sold, cows produce milk to feed their calves, they can only do so after getting impregnated which happens at around 2 years old when they reach maturity .....2 year old cows are not called calves, and Bull calves like males cannot produce milk....you are welcome

Never in my coffee, always black.

Not fussed between semi-skimmed and whole

Also at the risk of being very pedantic, technically anything which isn't from an animal is not milk and is not allowed to be marketed as such (in the UK)

Interesting

I thought there was only really cow or goat milk that was readily available .

Ooh, hemp.

Tesco and Waitrose used to sell it but stopped, which was annoying.

plain, unfancy cow's milk. Semi skimmed for me because I prefer it, full fat for the kids. I never buy milk that doesn't come from a cow.

That's what I would have in my tea. I don't take sugar in my tea and I find soya milk has a sweet taste so I wasn't a fan

We buy six litres of soy milk and two litres of oat milk per week. We consume lots in coffee, tea and cereal and I use soy milk a lot for baking or making pancakes and waffles.

Anything other than semi skimmed in tea is filth.

Cow's milk was the only milk I could drink as a baby. My Mum couldn't breast feed and I was allergic to formula, used to projectile vomit it back up. When my Mum took me in to work to show the girls, she didn't feed me first. She said I cried the whole time but it was better than me sicking up on everyone. Thanks Mum...

That must be pretty unusual to tolerate cows milk as a baby but not breast milk

Mum couldn't breast feed. I was allergic to commercially produced baby milk. I'm sure breast milk would have been fine.

I also don't really experiment. I just buy semi-skimmed cow's milk and that's that. Though I don't take milk or sugar with my coffee.
