Or is it too much trouble, if you’re not someone who’s uber-pristine dentally?
Sooo - I follow my dentist’s regime ..
Morning and evening
I floss thoroughly then swill with mouthwash then dip a interdental brush thingy in mouthwash and clean in-between all teeth then finally brush thoroughly with a medium then a firm brush
Not needed any work in the last 10 years since I started this rigorous process

No. Can't seem to get my arms co-ordinated with my hips.

I use an electric tooth brush, a tuft brush and inter-dental brushes, no actual floss though

…same except for the tuft brush but I use a water jet as well, that’s quite fun ….

Super occasionally, but I brush 3 times a day and just get them cleaned professionally now and again

I know Parmy doesnt floss as i recall him saying when he needs to really clean in between his teeth he just pops them out and runs them under the hot tap
