we jus got home from his 12th birthday party and he was walking home with me n my twin n friends then a lorry come we all dodged it but then then we saw him underneath the
wheel

Well im not sure this is the appropriate forum to discuss a friends death...
And it does seem a little strange that you said "help me get over it"
Asthough you're putting the responsibility onto us to make you feel better.

However, if this is true then I know how you feel, as I lost my best friend when I was younger. He was stood ontop of a gravestone trying to pick conkers out of a tree..he fell and the gravestone collapsed ontop of him and crushed him to death.

Although to be fair, I was in mid primary school so it's hard to remember what he was like, and I couldn't understand it properly at the time.

But yea, im a little wary when people say things like this online.
As much as id like to sympathsise with you, there are many sick people out there, and also teenagers who class things like this as funny pranks.

Id suggest trying to get over it in real life, and talk to your friends who were also there about it...as they'll understand better than anyone. And of course, discuss it with your parents as already mentioned.

However, there's a limit to what anyone can do for you online. You really need to speak to an adult in your life. If not your parents, then someone else you can confide in. You can't hold onto this on your own, and online is not the place to get the help you need.

Everyone doesn't need to go into mourning and stop themselves from laughing over something we don't know is true, and someone we've never heard of.

Plus, showing respect for death shouldn't mean having to make yourself utterly miserable. Im sure all decent people that lived, who are now dead, would want us all to get on with our lives, be happy and laugh as much as we can =]

True, but I don't think they were directly laughing at the fact someone had died...but something to do with someone being the same person.

If they did "lol" at someone's post about their dead friend, that'd be just plain evil. Whether you know if it's true or not, there'd still be a risk you are laughing at someone who's genuine. So I agree, it wouldn't be a wise response.

Dani's been banned now though, so it seems there's little we can do to help her.
Though Sunny provided her with a couple of links, so hopefully she got to read them before she left us.
