Emmerdale seems to be a little bit up on tuesday.

I absolutely adore Hollyoaks.

I think that the Ian storyline in Eastenders is fantastic.

The David one in Corrie is amazing.

And ofcourse, the Hannah anorexia storyline in Hollyoaks beats them all, also the John-Paul and Craig storyline AND Katie and Justins. One word; Wow.

Sometimes 2m watch an episode on C4 and 1m watch the same spisode on E4. So Hollyoaks can sometimes get 3m for an episode but the ratings are still bad compared to the other soaps.

No, not at all. Eastenders has been funny at times, but because some people think it's a bit depressing, they are now going to make it even more funny. Eastenders is like real life, you don't have laughter in your life everyday, sad things do happen. I luv Eastenders it's hard to many good storylines, like little Mo getting beat up by her husband, that storline helped so many women leave their husbands.

Soaps like Emmerdale arent real life, but they are 10 times more enjoyable, yet some storylines contain very deep realism such as Alice Dingles cancer, which saw a mother of a new born baby, have to choose between life and baby, her final scene was beautiful, silent, and sad, and it lead to Sam Dingle looking a white bird flying up to the sky, while holding baby Samson, Corrie, EE, Hollyoaks, Doctors, or any others will never be able to beat that, and its storylines like that that mean something.

Emmerdale made their own song for that episode and sold it to raise money for cancer, Emmerdale also has very funny times.

I never watched that, I don't like Emmerdale. But the worst soap for me is Corrie, I can't stand it, it's so overrated, the storylines are boring and the same, the only person who can act is David (the only fit guy in it as well:bigsmile:)

Eastenders and Hollyoaks are the best soaps ever IMO, I luv the storylines and the characters.

IMO, the storylines for Hollyoaks are really good, and very realisitic, they tackle a lot of issues which most soaps haven't already. =] I agree, the viewings should be a lot higher.

I think each soap are quite good in their own way, if you know what I mean hehe.

I love the explosions/fires on Emmerdale - Mainly because Emmerdale are fantastic at stunts and know how to pull them off (imo).

I bet that if eastenders and emmerdale started at the same time then ee would definately win and if ee had a hour episode starting half an hour before emmerdale (even though it would probably never happen) then ee would defo win.

Plus it would win with a much bigger margin compared to emmerdale's triumph of just 1.3m for their second biggest storyline this year.

By the way I do watch both before people say im a dale hater.

And have you noticed that when EE have a really good episode they dont have an hour episode....and you know... because EE love creating clif hangers...which is brilliant.... The only hour episode this year is Stacys wedding which im sure is going to be wedding of the year

Eastenders ent far behind Corrie now. Emmerdales ratings are just strange lol, they go up then down.

Oh and Eastenders beat Corrie by 41.4% :bigsmile: that's good.

Emmerdale need to sort it out.

Corrie and Eastenders have always been the top 2 soaps, no other soap beats them in the ratings.

Glad Eastenders is doing well, it desevers to, it's getting really good.
