It's not unlikely for men like Dale to dislike their bodies. Men can become obsessed with wanting to be big. And even of they are huge, its just not big enough for him. Maybe he just hasnt hit a place where he is happy with himself.

Yeah, he has very low body fat so needs to focus on the weights now, instead of cardio.
