It all depends on your definition of sexy and your definition of how popular one needs to be.
Rachel to some fits both catergorys so to was Maysoon although relatively popular. In the past Makosi, Aishleyne, Leah from my limited memory all were both relatively popular (finalists) and sexy too, and Kate(I think) and Nadia actually won both relatively sexy, again its down to oppinions.

I think this year sexy woman have been limited (IMO) to Sylvia, and Maysoon, in which 50% were gaining popularity considering the latter entered the house so late on.
But of course others will see differently, I will agree with you on one aspect though etiqutte rules don't always apply equally where gender on BB is concerned men are favoured on the show, but that is a fact of life too, woman will always be more critical of other girls.

The majority of voters are women, women get kind of bitchy often when there is another female prettier than themselves.

Usually a jealous thing pick any little thing they can find wrong with them. I don't like how it works.

but then dale was hated by quite a few people. and there was no good reason, so it gets confusing.
