View Full Version : I forgot how addicting gym pain is
Spent about 3-4 hours today working out and I haven't for ages, so because I'm not used to it I'm in pain, but its a really good pain
Anybody know what I'm on about or am I just weird? :blush2::tongue:

We do weightliting 5 days a week focusing on one muscle each day...

isnt it like a endorphin rush type thing after having been to the gym is that what you mean?
its a long time since i went to the gym i cant use most the equipment with my dodgy knee and hip so just stick to swimming and walking everywhere

With weightlifting your muscle rips to let itself grow..
thought thats what the pain was from

No omg i love the feeling. Its hard to explain but your legs of arms feel healthier and just better overall lol x
I do know what you are on about but its because your not cooling yourself down properly mister! Do some light exercise after a session and STRETCH. I hate it when I dont stretch after a day of college, I get in uber pain! I get you why its good though, because you feel like you have done something, but its not nice either.

Metrosexual is a straight guy with feminine qualities.
Or as wiki puts it: Metrosexual is a neologism of the 2000s generally applied to heterosexual men with a strong concern for their appearance, and/or whose lifestyles display attributes stereotypically attributed to gay men.
