Very good Michael Jackson show. They sang some nice diverse songs, unluke the xfactor one. Great results show.

I am not very happy with who went, but it was expected.

Very dissapointed Jasmine went, I thought she was very good, likeable and marketable. She should have been round for a few more week at least

I liked last week's show, I've definately got a list a favourites now. Which are Alison, Alexis, Adam and Kris. I wasn't too bothered about the two that went but I think Anoop shoulda gone he was awful.

Well, Anoop is back this week man. To me he had the best performance of the night last night, followed by Allison, Danny and Matt Giraud. It was amazing. Surprisingly, ALexis was really bad, I think she is going home tonight. That really sucks cause she is one o my favorites.
Adam struggled as well for once, but I thought he was good still.

YEah, me neither. It is country week, but 8 out of 11 of the songs performed, werent really country. The only ones that were, Michael, Megan and Lil. Everyone else, had a different interpretation of a country song. So you will get to see different styles. Thas why I like AI. The freedom they have to completely change a song. I thought it was the best show so far of the season. You will like it I am sure.

I am most displeased with the result, there's at least two indistinguishable guys that shoulda gone, they were boring. Micheal and Megan should have gone before Alexis also.

He's done broadway and musical theatre for ages.

Some brillaint performances this week and got me liking a lot more of the contestants and even put them in the race to win. After initially hating him, because of this week, Matt has become my clear favourite.

Danny Gokey - Alright, but he's getting boring now and he should go tbh. 6/10

Kris Allen - He was good, but not as good as he has been. 6/10

Lil Rounds - I thought this would be good, but it was so flat on the verses. 4/10

Anoop Desai - It was actually good, but hes bit of a one trick pony - He can only do slow songs and it's annoying. Hes safe after that 8/10

Scott MacIntyre - Okay I dont mean to be mean but they should put something over his head cos his eyes freak me out something awful. Anyways, he always seems flat to me and this time was no exception.

Allison Iraheta - When I saw her song choice, I thought this was going to be outstanding, and it was. Randy compared her to Kelly Clarkson again and I got this tonight for the first time. She is awesome and had she not been in the bottom 3 before, she'd be a potential winner. 10/10

Matt Giraud - AWESOME. RLY 10/10

Adam Lambert - Okay this was bad. He has a good voice, but I dunno if Darenn will even like this cos his voice did not suit the song at all. 5/10

I thought Allison, Danny, Kris and Adam were awesome last night. If Allison is in the bottom 3 again I will fuming!! I don't understand why people don't vote for her every week.
Adam's performance was outstanding, he showed that he can sing anything - in his own way, which is so good! The final will be very interesting ;)
Anoop needs to mentioned, I think he's pretty good now and his rendition was very good :)
Lil really needs to get onto a different genre... get away from the motown, african american songs and try and do something in her own kind of way! Be more original!!
and I think Matt needed a slower song :P

Scott has got to go, he isn't as strong as everyone vocally and he just can't hit those notes! some of his songs are awful!

Yeah, I liked her voice but she was always pitchy!

I loved Adam, obviously I'm slight biased but I liked it. It was haunting, exactly like Ring Of Fire and he was emotionally connected. This is my second fave performance of his so far :\ I can see my last.fm plays rocket up.
His standing ovation was totally deserved!!

My Favourites are still the same, Adam (He's gonna win) Alison (I hope she does well and gets a contract) and Kris (I like him in the competition, not sure if I'd like him as an artist though, depends which direction he goes in).

For me it went like:

01.Allison Iraheta - Simply stunning! Everything about her is awesome, and I want her to win badly - But I think she'll be bottom 3 and probably home tomorrow which is sad.
02.Lil Rounds - Erm, I dont think anyone expected this, but she made the song current and well, listenable. Predicted her out at first, but I reckon she'll be here for another week.
03.Kris Allen - This was amazing, it was so simple but effective.
04.Anoop Desai - He was good, but forgettable.
05.Danny Gokey - His best performance by a country mile, it was really really good for a change haha!
06.Adam Lambert - I dont get why he has to scream at the end of everything. He was really weak this week which suprised me cos he is usually better.
07.Matt Giraud - I LOVE Matt, but this was so bad in bits,but even then I liked some of it haha.

I was hoping he'd pick something a bit unusual.
He changes his performances weekly with ballads/rockier uptempos but I wanna see try something different.

Once again I loved Allison's performance and Adam's.. both were rememberable! Matt was awesome, really love that song. Kris' song was great too, never heard it before and it was a nice performance.
I liked Anoop's song another straight forward song with great vocals :)
I didn't like Danny's performance.. but I reckon Lil might go tonight, she was good! but I don't see the voters keeping her in for another week.

01.Allison Iraheta - This was amazing! Absolutely adored it seriously it had EVERYTHING necessary for a winning performance, her best by a mile 10/10
02.Kris Allen - Like Alliosn but not as good, really original though! 9/10
03.Adam Lambert - My fave Disco song and he turned it into a ballad =| It was boring, and I dont think hes as good as people like to make out. 8/10
04.Lil Rounds - It was atch good! Rather predictable but it wasn't terrible by any means 7/10
05.Matt Giraud - He had to be amazing to like avoid going home tonight, and he erm, just wasnt. 6/10
06.Anoop Desai - Go home please Anoop 5/10
07.Danny Gokey - This was bad! Like very very bad. 3/10

I wasn't really fond of Danny's version but I do love his voice! Adam's arrangement for 'If I can't have you' was very good! definately rememberable! but I think that maybe a more poppy-diva voice would of done that version more justice! Kris' performance was wicked, as always! Can't really fault him
Thought Matt's performance was good, he is an excellent singer! Anoop was just the same old same old.. I think that slower songs are good for him as it allows him to show his voice off more but its getting a tad bit boring...

Allison was the best of the night IMO.
I'd put Adam second, and even though I dislike her, I'd put Lil third.
Adam's arrangement was fantastic and I loved the song choice, I'm glad he did something less chaotic to contrast with last week.
Matt was awful, totally wasted save.

Allison was fantastic last night! I love her voice it suits everything!! She needs to think and feel like she's a winner, she needs to be more confident without a doubt. I liked Adam's performance but wasn't overly impressed, but I think he'll have loads of votes to save him so I don't reckon he'll go...
Kris was awesome too, and so were Matt and Danny, love all of they're voices .. its just so hard at the moment!! I think that one of those three, Matt,Kris and Danny should go.. but think Allison might :( :( :( (or Matt :tongue: )

I understand why people are annoyed, but i think thats what happens when someone is a favourite throughout the series. I guess they just die down, nowadays in any reality show the underdog always wins.
eg. Mikey was supposed to win, Rachel did, Verne was supposed to win, Ulrika did, Rhydian was supposed to win, Leon did ect...

Adam Lambert's 'No Boundaries' was at number 5 whilst Kris' was at number 9.

I watched at a viewing party at the Grammy Museum and the party is still going on at the Nokia Theater. It had been confirmed that Kris, Adam, Gokey and Allison ALL have recording deals in the works that simply need to be signed.

And Kiss seriously LOVED Adam and want him when he's free to perform with them. Adam is in great high spirits and has been making funny Simon jokes with Terri Seymour. One joke was that Simon should get Kiss boots with 6 inch heels so he'll be taller. Allison is like this affectionate little munchkin. And Cyndi Lauper spent some time mentoring her, teaching her breathing exercises, having her breathe into a balloon. Everyone is very, very happy.

Adam's gonna have the better career, AI is better musically then XF but the albums never tend to be that good. Like last year Devid Cook could have totally done without winning as his AI album kinda sucked.

Compared to his earlier stuff anyway.

Not surprised Kris Allen won though - and not disappointed at all. He's always given original interpretations of his songs, and is just so natural on stage too.

Adam just over-performed IMO and came across rather desperate at times.

but surprisingly it looks like Kris walked it. Out of 100million votes, 38million came from Kris' home state of Arkansas with 95% of those votes for Kris
So he only needed around 13million votes from the other 62million votes cast to have won
So yeah looks like he won by quite a margin
