I have the same problem but I registered to the Anger Management thing and I try my best not to get angry all the time.

I know it's hard to control yourself. What I do, is to close your eys and breathe quietly, it generally helps a lot.
But if it doesn't work out...then let it out and you will feel better.

I know how you feel Ninastar, I supposedly have a Personality Disorder. It can leave me very messed up and angry at times because of the quick mood changes.

I sometime cry and them most times i break things. One time i punched a wall but then it hert and cut my knuckle so i wont do that again lol. Thanks remy i willl try that x

When I was a child I used to cry and I did when I got older (but not often). You cry because you are so frustrated to be that angry (it's damn complicated).

I do also break things, my fave one is bottles, like glass bottles hence I got banned from 4 bars in my city. I do argue a lot but it's always 'nice'. Or I can get way worse.

I can see where you're coming from, it's not another personality, we're not schizos, it's a full part of our personality and it's so frustrating to see that you can hurt people. We have to accept to deal with it and to take care of this.

Yes but taking everything out on a punchbag (or someone else) isn't the same as other sport

I've always been really sporty though so I can just kind of channel anger into performance

I have anger problems, but everyone tells me I am really passionate about what I think.
Anyway, if you want to punch someone just remember that theres no real point to it, but it helps.

not all types of therapy suit everyone.
