Doesn't mean your underweight whatsoever.


I lift my arm above my head i can still see my ribs and im certainly not under weight and i am healthy.

And an ex of mine from quite a while ago now she was really skinny could see her ribs but naturally skinny she was also healthy.

i was meaning arms lifted and nope its not healthy but you can see ribs and be a healthy weight. My sister is about over 8 stone stone at 19 years old and you can see her ribs a little but her weight for her height is healthy.
