So, I'm 15 and over the Easter break I've been sleeping from about 3/4am till 12pm. Tomorrow is my first day back at school and I can't see myself sleeping before 3am. I have to get up a 6:30 to catch the bus. How much exactly is healthy?

About 7 or 8 hours.

8 hours is perfect.

It's only unhealthy if you don't sleep many hours longterm.

Haha nah, you'll be okay. If at most you'll just feel lethargic and sleepy. Don't sleep tomorrow until around 10-11pm, even if you feel tired at around 6pm!

I've been sleeping from like 5/6am until 2/3pm throughout the easter holiday. Got college tomorrow at 9, and probably won't get to sleep until 2ish because I've started watching 24 from the beginnning again. I'll probably end up falling asleep in college tomorrow.... I think I actually owe work in too, but I don't know where it is

That's me every school break I have. If it weren't for jobs, my summer sleeping schedule would probably be messed up big time. Especially me, I usually get like 12 hours of sleep if I'm not interrupted.

Season 2, I can remember everything that happened in season 1 clearly.

Haha, I got through season 1 + 2 in a week, just a few weeks ago. Started 3 now but taking it a bit slower cos of revision.

you should be able to go around 3 days with basically no sleep anyway before your body starts messing up.

But if you are up 24 hours you have the concentration of a drunk driver lol

3 is my favourite [but I always change my mind], I liked Chase and Jack's partnership alot, but having Kim work at CTU was stupid.

I hate Kim in the series anyway, so when I watched the first ep of S3 and saw her in CTU I wasn't too pleased. Liking Chase at the moment though. (I'm not that far into it... Just got the the bit where he was outbid on the virus).

HAHAHAHA oh no. In my sleepy state I just did a massive FAIL.

I went to put lotion on my legs before bed so they'd be nice and smooth... so I put it on... and as it dried I noticed I'd used glitter lotion. I HAVE GLITTERY LEGS.

more than 9 hours is unhealthy too. It usually means you have some kind of sleeping problem like sleep apnea (lots of pauses during sleep due to poor breathing/really bad snoring).

8 to 9 hours is the balance. No more no less.
But sometimes we wish we can have more. Like in the middle of December, it's freezing outside and you don't want to wake up and go to Uni.

supernoodles!
