How can anyone possibly watch Tennis?

As you all know, it's mid-Wimbledon at the moment and tbh I'm not really following it because WATCHING tennis for me is like watching paint dry. It's sooo boring! Anyone agree? Same with golf. I love playing tennis though.

I can't stand watching sport tbh.
But tennis and golf are the worst things possible, I hate it when someone ascores or whatever it is you do in tennis & the crown just politely claps, It's like where's youe excitement. They could at least cheer.

I think tennis can be fun to watch when you're rooting for someone and you really want them to win.
For example, I only watch tennis when Maria Sharapova, Ana Ivanovic or Laura Robson are playing because they play good tennis and it's unpredictable, whereas I watch Laura Robson because she's only 15 and she's very good and you can see her improving from game to game.

Different strokes for different folks. MIllions of people, love watching tennis, including me If you dont like it, then maybe, you just dont get it. I am sure theyare are losts of thinks that you like, which I find stupid! But I am not gonna go call it dumb just because its not for me.

I must admit I do watch the odd bit of golf whenever it's a major tournament... same with Wimbledon I watch it from the quarter finals onwards.

Yeah when you do weightlifting.
You'd love to watch strongman or weight lifting comps.
Trust me, obviously if you don't then its not that interesting as you probably don't understand a lot of of.

And i just dislike tennis because its so stop start i dont like that in like pitch sports...

I love tennis and can't get enough of it, I watch most tournaments when they are televised, or stream them online because I'm an addict. Just wish I could play it better :sad:
Golf.. I'm not a big fan of but I think I could probably watch it here and there but I wouldn't be engrossed

its not for me i cant see the appeal personally the only sport i love to watch is motor racing (any kind bar motorbikes) but each to their own

I love tennis ^_^ although i get annoyed when a match goes by quickly and you know whos going to win. Golf i cant understand people liking that although my cousins and my grandad love to watch and play that. We have our own opinions though
I also like football, motor racing, cricket(Sometimes only mainly the world cups and 20/20 though) boxing and the olympics and athletics
