Marcus Tries To Get Women By "Pretending He Has Downs Syndrome"????

Lisa, Charlie and Karly were sitting the garden after Kris's eviction discussing the evening’s 'sad' events. They were all clearly gutted that Kris had been the one to go out of the five housemates nominated for eviction.

"I can’t believe he’s gone," said Charlie, speculating that producers have been misrepresenting housemates' behaviour.

"They can’t be showing the things Marcus has been saying about women and disabled people or he’d be out the door," Lisa said.

"Yeah, like how he tries to impress girls by saying he’s got Down’s Syndrome," replied Charlie, before the live feed cut to a different room in the house.

I already thought he was sick but this just shows how sick he really is if of cause there is any truth in it. Looks like BB knew it as well to suddenly switch the livefeed to another part of the house. Where's 24 hr livefeed when you need it?

Nah, we have seen them lie and corrupt the truth about other other HMs waaay too many times for that.

Live feed? WHAT live feed?!!!! There is a time delay between live action and broadcast. You don't think they have an editorial team working full-time deciding which group to be showing, when to cut the audio, when to blank out lips in case lip-readers are watching?

This line was DELIBERATELY broadcast and cut away from.... BB maniplulation of percepion is going on ALL the time. Remember, it is an entetainment game show NOT a documentary!

Just a word to say that most of the people that post here arnt BB newbs.. probably best to assume we know as much about editing etc as you do for the time being.

But, just for me to get this straight, you are saying that you didnt see Marcus say it either? And that you are willing to take the word of proven liars, with an obvious agenda against him, that he did?

It seems like a fairly preposterous accusation to me. How on earth would pretending to have such a condition attract women? How would one go about doing such a thing? Why would someone boast about something so unpleasant in front of a group of people and knowing that one's comments are being monitored and recorded? None of it makes any sense at all.

maybe, but it's too serious an accusation for me to go with unless I see it... the Viles are proven to twist and lie as it suits them, especially to each other behind the Nerd's backs.

Like Freddie, Siavash and Marks, I assume nothing. I watch observantly and respond on the basis of evidence as I see it.

Reported speech is always something of which one should be even more cautious. Charlie says that Markus said something.... (DID Markus say it? If so, in what context?) Poor Charlie is enaged in refelective response behaviour. He has seen Karly turning on Dogface when she wasn't there so he is showing "I AM PART OF THE TEAM" more to Lisa but also to Karly.

Hopefully, when Rodrigo and he work out their feelings for each other he will see sense and ESCAPE from her evil claws.

It does piss me off on here when i make threads about what gets said on livefeed and am then expected to provide proof that Marcus said this as if i was there???

Charlie is just as vile, hes just better at hiding it. His treatment of Angel and freddie has been juvenile and disgusting. He only changed when he realised Freddie was popular and how bad he might look

It is preposterous.

A mental disability such as DS is not a turn on... people with DS tend to have a mental age lower, sometimes much lower, than their physical years. The kind of man or woman who would be attracted to a person with DS is, for me anyway, on a par with a paedophile, at very least someone who would prey on a vulnerable person.

I have a theory based on the fact that the actual footage of Marcus saying this is missing - Charlie is not the brightest penny in the piggie bank, right? Is it not possible that Marcus said something else, I'm guessing along the lines of Asperger syndrome and Charlie didn't know what it was, or forgot when recounting the story, and said Down Syndrome.

It's still a bit despicable but I think it is far more likely that a person might want to represent themselves with a condition like Asperger than something like DS.

BB edits out many things, most famous, Kate and Craig wiping their bums on that guys pillows on BB1, and Maxwell and Anthong putting their scabby skin from their feet in Sciences cereals...so bb does watch, edits and do nothing!
