It will work out, but it may need a push near the end to figure it out I remember not having a good enough research question and started to panic and hate my research tutor. Yeah NYE is just another excuse for idiots to spend loads of money, those fireworks in London are ridiculous, must cost millions.

Yeah but at uni you get to work when you want, where you want, how you want, it's great. Yeah I do know what I want to do it on, it's just trying to find some new research or take a new angle to make it original, I'm just kind of trusting it will all work out lol

Yeah I'm not a massive fan of NYE, people always try and force a massive amazing night for the sake of it, just prefer keeping it small and simple. And yeah I could always take time off, but I'm not sure I like it that much to spend all my precious time off watching us lose to the Aussies lol

Working is a lot less stressful, getting home and not having to worry about working on some bloody essay. I'm not gonna lie to you buddy I found picking a topic ridiculously difficult; if you find something remotely interesting just pick it... go with it and don't look back. And I would also suggest locking it down sometime before or just after Christmas because the longer you leave it the more it builds up and ugh it's the worst thing ever

Yeah I used to like Christmas at Uni, especially for the Christmas dinner/buffet food from Iceland in our Uni houses! Gotta love an Indian selection box. I've not got much going on, just having the family over and hopefully doing the rounds with my friends. I don't really do anything for NY, don't know why it's celebrated tbh Jools Holland's hootenanny it is!

And yeah the cricket's shocking lol, completely ruining my sleep pattern atm as well but it might be the last australian series where I'm able to actually stay up all night for it so might as well make the most of it

How come you dont want to go back to being a student? I never want to stop being one lol, can't be dealing with all this real world stuff and the 9-5 grind.

Yeah I am doing a dissertation lol, though atm I'm just kinda reading quite randomly for it and not sure of the specific direction I'm gonna go with it, it's trying to do an original topic or a new angle that I'm struggling with atm. But oh well, I will have plenty of time to stress about that in a few weeks

I am looking forward to Christmas yeah, since I went to Uni I've started looking forward to it more just cos it means everyone being back home again and getting in the festive spirit, 'tis good stuff. Found out we are going skiing as well just before it this year which is something else to look forward to. Build up to Christmas is always better though, it's all downhill once it gets to the day itself. You got any plans for it, or for new year?
