Lol if you keep learning the game and knowing when you're supposed to hit vs. stand it'll at least even out a bit more but it's def pretty tough to go on a big blackjack streak in a row tho. Sksk $25 is a nice chill (well my usual) amount that I like to do $30 at the casino because $25 gives you $37.50 for blackjack and it's annoying getting the $2.50 chips. $50-100 esp with multiple spots online can get craaazy tho and can go very bad very fast (can go well very fast too but tends to be less often ). I'm not trying to get back into blackjack in that way tho, bad memories when you get a day where your luck is going horribly & can't stop

Noo they're really uncommon here, like I've only seen them in a few places. But it's pretty cool that you can just go back for same priced refills. Yeah part-time is just ****ty all round tbh, like I'm so sure that if I'd been on that universal credit back then I would've gotten more/at least the same amount of money just without the work And also I cared a lot less about money then because I'd never had to pay for anything before

Yep that's a solid win still. I think the longest streak I've had has been 3, but plenty of longer ones while losing like probably closer to 8-10 But yeah doing $25 at a time could really win or lose you some quickly

Lmaoo yeah those horse races are intense. And tbh it's sooo hard to win on them anyway, like 1 in... 16(?) chances of winning but the only good thing about them is the odds are really good. Did he place much on it? Idk if there's even a channel where they get aired here but probs possible to find it online somewhere. Oh and when people bet on horses in the shops and they write down a bunch of numbers on a slip of paper it's the most confusing thing

A lot of diff ones, usually like ginger beer, cream soda, lemonade, 7up, coke/pepsi tho. I LIKE them all but tbh I've mixed coke/pepsi with alcohol too many times to enjoy them properly anymore

- Omg are those soda machines not at every fast food place? But yeah around fast food places here it's just paying regular price for a drink & getting as many refills as you want lol.
- Ahh yeah sucks so bad when working part time & any day you miss is just less money earned (or going over your sick and/or vacation days when working full-time). It's like might be worth it for a break but then you're punishing yourself really with a smaller paycheck that week

Lol tbf I think it's a good way to do it. Like say I'm winning $75 while doing $25 bets, worst case is +$50 instead which I'd still be happy with and sometimes you really do end up going on a streak (like at least maybe ~3 anyway & end up winning more ). Yuuup it can be really tough to quit while losing, been there done that where it goes bad Plenty times it still does pay off too tho

Ahh that reminds me, my uncle was watching a horse race he bet on the other day and he was yelling like "COME ON 9!" etc. (he has a bookie he calls, tbh I should ask him to make those bets for me since I can't on my site but I cba with horse race betting anyway ). 9 lost Actually the first time I've noticed he bet on something like that as well so found it funny after you've been doing all these horse race bets & we've been talking about it

Took me the LONGEST time to decide on one

--The amount of times I've been in queues though holding people up looking for the right note and the colour saves me
--Mess, not even surprised @ those more expensive ones doing that tho. There is one place here (might even be Pizza Hut or something like that) where you can get your own drinks and you pay for 'unlimited' but a bunch of times I've just said I'm gonna get water then had a couple of sodas, but those machines are hardly anywhere
--That doesn't seem like much at all I think here it's more like 28 days but probably varies in different companies/places etc, like I got no holiday/sick days with mine because it was part-time/random hours/days, but that would've been sooo good cus I definitely took a bunch of days off

You'd have to be really unlucky to lose ALL that NOT playing until you lose, although if you've already won a bunch that could work well cus you're still ending with a + and you could get good winnings too if you keep going for a while. Lmaoo if I ended in - I'd never be satisfied though

Yeah I've tried to catch a lot of the games on mostly cus it's fun to root for someone when otherwise I wouldn't be bothered and I don't want to be thinking I've still got a chance to win the bet if I haven't But yeah I never watch horse races or anything like that because they're over really fast & also annoying rooting for a horse that flops

- Lol it's not confusing at all because the number differences are still pretty distinct to me but maybe that's just cause I'm used to it. It would be easier with different colors
- Yeah majority of places give free refills, not ALL tho but pretty ****ty/shady when certain ones charge for it Actually moreso the fancier/more expensive restaurants that end up charging for multiple drinks as well just to make it even more expensive
- Pharmacies are basically another convenience store to go to They sell so much
- Nah there's vacation time but it's typically hella strict & limited everywhere. Like I get 2 weeks of vacation & sick days combined lol - which I tend to use for sick days & certain Fridays/Mondays of AC trips pretty much. Haven't taken a proper week-long vacation/break in forever. Is it actually 6 weeks worth over there??
