Ahhh very true @ the $10 parlay That will be my hail mary attempt if needed

And I did indeed get 1st place in the $20 tournament for another NICE profit day ~$300+. Hell yeah Had a feeling I would because those $20 games ain't as hard if you manage to make it that far & I was top 2 in chips by faaaar in the F4. Such a CHILL / easy going session too so that's nice. I might try it this way more often, getting in very last minute and less games I feel less angry even when I lose with the much less time invested. Barely 3 hours & most of that time was chilling with 2-3 tournaments going

Wait when did you want to bet on them? Was that this game? I can't really remember Ofc when you don't bet tho lol </3 Oh and that's good you're better now. Gahhh that sick/hungover/etc. feeling turns me so off drinking, I try to avoid it so much. More of an older thing tho like I didn't mind as much when I was younger. Aging sucks

Ssaghfjkakfa oh I didn't know that, NOT never leaving the gates Makes sense tho with nothing around & not wanting to recognize people around there.

Yeah that's a good point @ better to be sensible with it (as long as you don't gamble foolishly with it ). Do you think you'll be able to keep getting it long-term now? That'd be GREAT & if you're able to save it it could be a nice start when back in London

Yeah so true. The queues in Aldi even BEFORE corona were sooo long. I still haven't been out of the gates since coming home () though so I'm not sure what it's even like here anymore. Not going to find out either

Yeah it would've been nice but probs better to get it now/save it then actually be sensible with it whereas would have most likely just spent a lot on alcohol before

Lol if you did lose it then you could always try to do some sort of parlay with that free £10 where you could win £100 back

Ohhh NICE Sounds like you're doing good, hopefully you can get that almost $500 win or anything a little more than the profit you've got now

I guess I'm not really sure because I don't watch enough team sports to know. Like I know just a little bit about football but I find that a lot of times it goes ways which I didn't expect. Juventus would've won for me today though, I checked the score </3 Ughhh yeah felt so off/sick so I had to fall back asleep but feeling fine now

Lol nice, I think they don't care too much here either, they just want to see some activity so you look like you're doing something. Yeah there are some people who have been on it for a long time but I do think years is pushing it tbh. My friend who does contract work even gets it like WHILST working because his job isn't 'permanent' etc so it varies a lot I think.

Having an odd / really quick tournament session right now. Like I started playing hella late (after 9:00) & got in about 5-6 tournaments basically all around the last minute I could get in or slightly earlier. Shortest session ever for the most part but I'm still playing one of my $20 tournaments in the final 4 rn 1st place $ is a bit under $500. Winning $170 rn which that + winning the minimum in my $100 tournament which was like $30 profit puts me at a slight profit overall today but hoping for at least a bit more here

Yup I love those because they're so quick and easy, just in & out and sometimes some really cool alternative snack/drink options that most places don't have. I can't stand the waits even pre-corona with supermarkets and shopping and stuff

Ahhhhhhh true @ maybe just spending more but still £12,000~ more would've been such a nice bonus and helped have a lot more fun times / living a bit more comfortably for a while longer.

Yup I really hope so all-around Worst case I do have a free $10 opportunity but would obv sooo not be worth it after -$100

I feel like darts is probably harder to read than team sports to begin with Although idk the team sports do have plenty of different factors and such Idk but I definitely get a decent sense of where the upsets might happen in those sports I watch a lot / enough of. Sksksk you must've been in quite the still drunken state when you woke up as well

Ahhh they don't even care about the jobs you apply for, they'll just ask on the first phone call when you're trying to get accepted and that's it You can even be pretty vague about it, I'm pretty sure I was. And WHAAAAT I didn't even think that was possible? Like I think that'd even be hard to do around here cause I would've had trouble even getting another 6 months so I didn't even bother (think I got my next job 3ish months after that but was lucky to be doing very well with poker/gambling at the time)

Hmm yeah maybe not then. But yes I LOVE a late night trip to an off-license There was this rly good spot for my energy drinks which I went to most days even cheaper than most supermarkets

Yep so true. I also just get bored/lay down for a bit sometimes and that nearly ALWAYS turns into falling asleep now

Ohhh wow, that's pretty good you had that saved. I guess thinking about it, if I'd gotten on that universal credit as soon as I went to London, over the 3 years I would've had £12,000~ more Which is totally crazy and would've helped a lot. Although maybe with getting that I would've just spent more

Oh that's a GREAT one I really think you're gonna win that. Jose won't win any and I think you're pretty safe with Keane Barry And good you're gonna get the $10 free bet this time with it too

Tbh even seeing the players I'm the same. Like I guess it's knowing the top players have that potential to win, it's just whether they perform well on the day or not and sometimes they don't. Like I find Keane/Andy are really good people to bet on, not as obvious odds as Martin/Boris/Scott etc yet equally good players. Lmao yeah 8am/pm I'm pretty sure are quite similar, I was confused though thinking like WHAT @ sleeping the whole day and night and I was kinda disappointed because I don't like waking up early morning

Oh wow, I think you do that sort of stuff in the first meeting in the job centres here. There used to be like a 'diary' thing where you had to write all the jobs you applied for etc but I don't think that exists now/they just type stuff in online. But yeah one of my friends' brothers has been on it ALL his life and he's like 40 something I think

Yup at home, especially if you're around/on your bed or whatever and haven't slept for HOURS, it just becomes TOO much vs. being out & forced to stay up. NOT the energy drinks doing nothing for you I've heard that from plenty of people tho, just loses its effect after a while

Yup it's basically just to give people a little boost when they're desperate for money & stuck without a job. Like this was when I was around 21-22 when I got unemployment for a bit but I'd have been pretty screwed if I didn't have extra money saved from work/gambling at the time!

And my darts bet for tomorrow
