Yeah that's true, way better to be able to have fun with it than spending on basics that you need anyway Are your friends good at poker or anything else? Or just play for fun/based on luck? I won... £1.82 on my darts bet today Way too low to bother with tbh but it was a safe one. Yeah I know what you mean, it's nice to be able to actually see/do the things for yourself I misssss the feeling of going somewhere new/different, it's so exciting

Not trying to mop a carpet But yeah that makes sense why. I guess even in hostels though most people wear shoes and the floors are usually not dirty so maybe it's not even that bad

Mess I mixed up the names it’s WASPS I was talking about the whole time idk why I confused those with moths. Wasps & bees are the ones I have a problem with

Did you have the headache from drinking again or are you getting 2-day hangovers now?

Yup it’s like a gambling discount rate And it’s totally worth it because even when we have big losses it’s money we’d have to spend regardless for a ~3 day trip to most places, way more including plane travels, so gambling it away is a lot more fun (and for me at least in recent year or two it’s been mostly bad with in-person gambling esp cause casino games but overall it goes well a lot too) Yeah I don’t care for the plane ride prob nothing special but I do wanna check out what some of these west/south coast states, other countries etc. are like not just stories

Wooden floors at my house & they’re a bit more common overall. I feel like you could still kinda mop/then vacuum with carpet but it prob is a much bigger pain in the ass. Now that I think about it, my friend’s fiance is the only one who likes us taking off our shoes & they have carpet floors

Ahhh Yeah I never let them go out of my sight and usually get someone wherever I am to try and get it away. When I worked up here before the pub/kitchen was right next to a bunch of flowers and we always got bees and wasps coming in and I'd literally leave the room until it was caught/out I literally can't @ flying insects

Yeah just a cig and a short walk Just hellaaaaa headache so I wasn't rly in the mood to jog or anything but NICE morning still

Yeah that is expensive just for a room when you're gonna be spending a lot more on other things within the trip as well. But y'all gambling making it (kind of) cheaper for you Ohh that's cool you've been to a few My friend stays in Washington when she's over there usually I think. Ahhh planes are overrated tbf you're not missing out Like the take-off/landing is pretty exciting but other than that you don't even know you're in the sky.

Yeah I guess it probably depends here too, like some people definitely care less, although I find it's the younger generation mostly who aren't bothered. Do y'all not have carpet floors though or just wooden? Then it's easy to just mop but I always find my shoes getting soo dirty when I go out lol.

Loool not a big drama starting over shoes on in the house. Yeah like I think the difference around here is that many people really won't care much one way or the other about shoes in the house (but some still do ofc). I feel like it really doesn't do much to the floors People will just clean the floors either way too so I think many in US just accept that as a task before/after having guests lol.

One of us will usually say there's a moth inside and we'll kinda stop working and guide it out of the window/door sksks... I'm not like jumping away from it but when it's inside I'm always keeping a close eye on it and not doing much of the work to get it outside ngl

Ooooo that sunrise is looking NICE it does look a lot like a filter Were you out having a cig or something?

It probably is pretty different but feels like they're both kinda like the center / highly busy areas.. the cities that never sleep

The AC/Borgata rooms are insane, like can't get anything for less than $100+/night without being a returning gambling addict there. (and more during holidays/events which are the best times to go).. we've saved a lot of money cause of my dad & then us doing plenty of gambling there. Still can be costly when you're losing with t'gambling tho nnn Aside from NY I've been to northeast states a few times total, Pennsylvania a few times and some other 1-timers (just random, like as a kid I went to Washington D.C. on a school trip for ~a day, stuff like that). Just states that have been easy to get to still never been on a plane before.

Omg really? NOT shoes on at a party I just can't relax properly/feel comfortable until I've taken my shoes off, like even if I'm sat in a pub or if it's a long car/bus ride sometimes I'll take them off Do the floors ever get dirty though? I remember once we were having someone over (icr if it was a family member/friend) and my mom was all like "but what if she doesn't take her shoes off at the door because last time she didn't???" but didn't want to say anything because she thought it looked rude so I offered to do it instead ahhhhhh

Ahh do you move away from it or not bc it's at work? Whaaaat I've never seen anything like that before Looks so convenient though. I usually resort to just opening the windows a small amount but somehow they still get in

Yeah me too, just because they're the capitals I guess I actually feel like I'd even prefer NY but that's just based off of pictures/because it's an entirely different place probably.

Yeah the rooms must be expensive otherwise to stay in a hotel like that. Is there such thing where you could transfer the room to another hotel in a different place (or maybe not, if it's not a chain?)? Is it just NY you've been to out of your own state? There are definitely a LOT of places that look great there though you need to see more

Lmaoo I entirely agree, I'm usually a bit more careful if being out though and go slower but when drinking at home/in a hostel it's a different story It literally just ruins the whole time if I start to get toooo drunk though
