Omg I don't get decimals at all It's what you have to use in matched betting though, but weirdly you don't have to understand it for that. I judge basically not the exact money I'll get but just how good the odds are like 1/8 or something there's no point in even bothering with it. Nope no draws, sometimes they have a points/table system where they do draws but not in these ones which makes it easier

Yeah it's usually decimal odds here but the fractions make sense to me too. The decimals are so much easier to figure out winnings tho. Like @ 1.65 odds you instantly know it's obv $16.50 for a $10 bet etc. Easier to do the math. That sounds good tho. I feel like a favorite at 1.65 is a pretty nice bet typically... buuut it'd be better if I actually knew the players lol. There's no chance for a draw tho right?

Like we didn't have 100% proof but a lot of things added up to that being our conclusion. The day we went over to view the room, his 'former tenant who was also his friend' was sat there in the room he apparently used to stay in, then he wouldn't show us any of the other rooms when bf asked (assumingly because his friends were all staying in them) but apparently there were no other people staying there. Then he wanted a one month deposit (£800 between us) but we got him to agree to no deposit, original contract was for 6 months but we got him down to agreeing with 2, then original price of the room was like maybe £1,000+(?), can't remember now and we got him down to £800. Then the Flat D thing, then the way he was always receiving phonecalls he didn't pick up, then how he tried to threaten us when we wouldn't sign his contract... yknow all just seemed toooo dodgy to be a coincidence I think

Maybe there was actually a flat D or there was just some error within the contract that he wasn't actually trying to rip you guys off with? But it does seem like he was shady and tried to pull a fast one
