Nah never seen Made In Chelsea Is there any BBUKers from civ or celeb with posh accents that I might know?? Yeah like in person or whenever I don't have to understand eeeverything it's not that bad with different accents but at work it's so important for me to get all the details & it can be rough. Soooo many "sorry can you repeat that? / I didn't hear that last part" etc. and it's awkward af when it needs to be repeated multiple times ffs I could not handle having a receptionist type of job, just in general I don't even like dealing with those calls

Walking can be nice but drags a bit for me to get a proper workout so I prefer more of a jogging/running pace or mixed. When I'm in that groove I like to feel it more & burn more calories/quicker. I might even think about it less as long as I'm distracted whereas I'm bored by an hour+ walk & feel like I didn't even accomplish much Walks are def what I prefer out on the streets if there's nice scenery which reminds me of AC boardwalks, looong walks back & forth but so much to see & do even having been there so many times

It'll take some getting used to again but easing my in with 2 days at first has helped. Altho it's so weird because aside from a little bit of catching up with each other & some talk about covid etc, it does feel so natural as if we never left for 5 months Feels like days ago not months, so odd

Lol they all play each other 1+ time during the season portion where they figure out the rankings for the playoffs based on how the teams do, determining the playoff matchups. Best vs. worst qualified teams etc. which is why Lakers & Bucks had easy 1st rounds & won their series 4-1. I do like the elimination based playoffs tho. It gets so fun at that point especially when one game settles it in NFL (or Game 7's in NBA). Is soccer not like that when they're crowning a champion?? & I think that darts tournament was the same elimination style or am I remembering wrong?

I did get that vibe that they mixed well together on the season I can't exactly tell tho, did they like each other or just kinda "bantered"? I'm pretty curious about him / this season now so if I ever tried watching back any BBUK I might go with that one (altho civilian is sooo long )

I didn't expect OKC to make it through to 2nd round but they literally got as close to doing it as they could. Fell short but the way you got the last-chance winning bet out of them I did prefer them over Rockets too. Both the Rockets & Lakers are two of my least fave teams & one is advancing to round 3 for sure now gah (def Lakers)

Cardio's the way to go I've realised tho that walking/pacing def is better than jogging for me because I feel way less burned out and I'll do more during the day rather than like thinking I've done half an hour of jogging and that's enough

Lmao this was the first time I'd ever describe any American accent as "posh" tbh. Have you ever seen Made In Chelsea before? The Chelsea accents are usually posh ones here or some others from the south but not super common. Omg I would be awful with diff accents over the phone Especially since like you kind of need to hear every word with it being work related as well

Yeah right, I was feeling it'd be that way with NBA That's true, it's like not even possible to win every game so makes sense there are more surprising results in NFL. It's so strange to me that like all the teams don't play against each other at least once (like in football here) rather than like if they lose they get eliminated

NOT "posh version of American" ahhhh, I don't even really know what posh is or what exactly that kind of accent would be (in the UK) but lmaooo. Yeah I'm pretty bad with different accents sometimes like I really gotta wait and think about what was just said / ask them to repeat etc. I HATE IT over the phone especially at work because I'm expected to get the message to my co-worker/boss correctly (luckily I don't have to take too many calls tho but the tough accents to understand do tend to happen pretty frequently and it sucks having to keep asking to repeat etc. )

Eh it's not AS tough as it sounds if you look at the matchups & patterns and just kinda have that "feeling" even but still I stress a bit too much when I bet the Jets games so meh. Plus I enjoy watching their games without any $ on the line so really I shouldn't bother with those ever but I still will from time to time at least Heartbreaking/frustrating af when your team loses AND you lose $ too

In basketball I think it's more predictable than any other sport because they do 7-game series in the playoffs. Like 9 times out of 10 it's one of the top ~3 teams that wins it and any surprises would be like the 5th or 6th best team or something NFL can get crazy because it's 1 game and any upset can happen just one time.

Ahhh @ "for strength or something" But yeah def helps you build muscle in arms/chest which I like but I'm REALLY trying to focus on cardio especially now after sitting around so long
