Yeah like I got up out of my seat, did about 30 jumping jacks & 10 pushups, then sat back down and worked for a bit, and repeated a few times

It prob did look hilarious

And eh it's really not so bad, like my job ain't high-energy, even at the office I'm sitting a bunch of the time. Kinda the opposite for me, I'm just lazy about it when I'm relaxed at home but when I traveled to work it was so easy to just bring a bag with extra clothes and go to the gym immediately after work every day (almost). Especially when I'm in a rhythm with it, once I just
actually get into a routine it's simple.
Ehhh I still have my moments tho
