Looool not the whole thing! That makes it hilarious, like you're so drunk you don't even know what to do & panicking

Yeah like I got up out of my seat, did about 30 jumping jacks & 10 pushups, then sat back down and worked for a bit, and repeated a few times It prob did look hilarious And eh it's really not so bad, like my job ain't high-energy, even at the office I'm sitting a bunch of the time. Kinda the opposite for me, I'm just lazy about it when I'm relaxed at home but when I traveled to work it was so easy to just bring a bag with extra clothes and go to the gym immediately after work every day (almost). Especially when I'm in a rhythm with it, once I just actually get into a routine it's simple.

Ehhh I still have my moments tho Usually just when I get carried away during a good time tho. kjgahksjahajs ahh ty for dumbing it down to clueless ol me tho

I had to do it in two 30 mins across the evening, otherwise you're right, it would get extremely boring. I ended up drinking the WHOLEEE bottle lmao. I'm so drunk rn.

Ahhh not doing it whilst working The whole idea of that is pretty amusing lmaoo. How do you even have the energy to exercise after work? Pretty sure if I worked I'd hardly ever have the energy to do anything and just chill out. Faaar too much effort.

Ahhh you rarely ever over-drink though eh I can do anything as long as it's within my night's worth of alcohol lol. Like even moonshine that is 100 proof is okay if it's a small amount. 25 proof wine is what I was on tonight and even that after an entire bottle ****s me up. The way I have to work out the proof just so you know what i'm on about

Cookies did you make? and as if, ur cute you don't need to be doing anything tonight

Yeah I get a decent lil buzz almost as easily as I do with alcohol it's weird I think it's moreso when over-drinking that beer is a lot more tolerable in comparison, when you're many drinks down. What's a really high alcohol content you can't handle? I never pay attention to the %'s lol like people I'm around IRL rarely even talk about it we're usually just like "oh this one's strong, this one's not that strong" etc. My memory sucks too so even when I do see/find out the % for a drink I just end up forgetting

Oh and I just ate some freshly baked cookies too.. like I need to STOP & get my ass working out

Yeah a lot of times it's surprising how much extra you can go by just pushing yourself a little. I'd get too bored for an hour straight tho Ahhh the chardonnay was well earned

I've not bothered, I really gotta get set on it tho. While I was working earlier I randomly started doing a couple sets of jumping jacks and pushups tho but that's not a proper workout That was me randomly remembering & feeling sluggish and doing that just to feel better about myself It's still not too late so I should get on my bike right now tho but I feel like I won't Yup without the distances & calories I'd prob slack off more, helps keep me on track when I've started to take it easy for too long.

Ahh not again Weird because every day I've done it when my parents are out, but today I just could not get up, must have fallen back asleep almost straight away. Not you rubbing off on me Not sure I will bother today now lol. I usually do 30 mins of jogging, maybe sometimes like 25 but around that. Yeah exactly, plus I like seeing the distance/calories on the screen, helps to motivate me

Yeah I never thought it would do much only being 4-5% but after a few you feel something? There's this cider I used to drink that is like 8% and after two of those I would be ****ed Ahhh I'm not sure I'm guessing it'll either really decrease or increase in popularity after but idk which way it'll go lol

Yeah that's a good start especially sticking to it consistently I forgot/didn't bother to exercise yesterday either Is 10 mins for the jogging/walking your usual amount? And that's true, it totally pushes you, like I would FORCE myself to keep running until a certain amount of time passes whereas if I was just running on the streets I would've just slowed down from getting tired

Yeah the intense/argumentative ones are usually more on the annoying side tho but he def seems like someone not boring to be around

Nnnnn I'm not a heavy beer drinker either I'll usually go through only about 2 or 3 bottles or pint-sized glasses at most. But usually mixing it up with other alcohol later in the night if I'm in that getting ****ed up mood. I'd rather go with other drinks if I'm getting DRUNK tbf I haven't really been following that as I haven't even been drinking but is Corona really getting less popular now just cause of the name?? ahhh

Yeah I make sure to keep jogging, but just really slowly and probably slow down more at certain times/when I start to feel like I'm overheating. Yeah... I guess I've only been doing it for a few weeks so it's alright for a beginner Another reason why treadmill is better though because you HAVE to keep your pace.

Yeahhh same it was funny as hell He was just quite intense/got into a new argument every single day & we were just like chill outttttt for a bit lol

I've tried a good few (Fosters, Carling and maybe others icr because my dad used to drink them) so I just don't bother anymore cus I know I won't like it Probably possible to get used to as you say though. How many do you usually have? I've seen guys go through easily 6+ pints in pubs and stuff, toooo much liquid Corona is fairly popular here too but never tried it myself (will be less popular now tho )

What do you do again? Like a consistent slow jog pacing yourself? That’s a good way to do it tbh, you just need to do it longer Still early tho as you get used to it, you can always go for longer later

Ahhh people like that can be funny for sure could also easily be annoying tho. I love being in group convos with those kind of people with others that like all know to subtly troll the person

Eh yeah I’d say the beers are preeeetty similar in taste, they all got that bit (or sometimes a lot) of bitterness to them but it’s not bad once you’re used to it (like anything bitter really). I’m not HYPING beer up either tho, I’m not like a BIG fan of it, just decent but many times I prefer it for a nice lighter buzz You ever have Corona / is it big there like it is in the states?

Mess if you do more than me even with walking as well Hmm yeah possibly because your feet are in a more fixed place. I never even trusted the calories burned though because like... there's no way I would have burned as much a tall guy with hella muscles or something.

He was fun/funny, me & South African guy used to troll him (he did way more than me even) allll the time and he would get so defensive over anything. Always seemed that he was trying too hard to have a good story/exaggerating and kept trying to talk trash about SA guy to me lol.

Yeah there really is nothing else to do/that's exciting tbh. Even just going on a walk/seeing people would be something but not even the basics here Lmao true but I just CAN'T @ the taste or smell. Like every beer I've had to me tastes the same, I've even tried flavoured ones before but that same bloody taste is still there Bud light is mentioned in a few country songs
