Is that like when you first got into American Idol? I feel like everything is always so much better in the early stages of getting into some show or activity

I was like 10 watching my dad play and he slowly taught me some things & then I learned more and even started teaching friends & others from all the way back in middle/high school days. I was playing for money well before even turning 21 and playing at casinos as soooon as I turned 21 Yeah business with a concentration in Economics! Don’t even care about it & now I have massive loans & the same job I’ve had since my late college years lol (not related to econ)

They can be entertaining for sure but he has a tendency to overhype stories & aaaalways has them to tell more than any of my other friends One of my friends even dragged him for it before Niiice @ your charger, next is mine

Yeah mine is super slow too, annoying as hell. My friend bought it for me (the one who always buys all my drinks ) which was soooo helpful because I had quite a bit of stuff to replace after that. Well actually I don't even know where he is rn We haven't really spoken properly ever since that time I told you about where it was messy, aside from I asked him for his money and he tried to send it but it was too much to transfer online so I didn't get it </3 So like idk what the situation is but I guess we kind of left it at that.

Yup exactly & I had the better cards, should’ve gained a lot more chips, but the guy caught a lucky card and knocked me out of the tournament Oh yeah I did a powerpoint presentation / speech on poker for my public speaking class back in college it was about teaching people / convincing others to do something you love

Ironically my internet here is a lot worse than in most hostels When I open Spotify or something I usually have to disconnect/reconnect about 3 times for it to work. The laptop is OLD as in it's stuck on Windows 7 lmao but I've only had it since January when I lost my other but it's slow af.

Yeah re: Idol they've just gotten to the top 20 and they're all performing from home for a place in the top 10, so it's probably gonna be the biggest vote of the season. Just used my parents emails for extra votes

The videos I saw were mostly learning about the ranks of card sets but I'll probs check more stuff another time, the whole game is pretty interesting to me

Yeah the charger literally sparked where the wire had been ripped open for a while & now it just won’t do anything & my laptop is dead. Ahh why is the delivery so bad there It sucks but at the same time weekdays & weekends are the same for me now aside from work It’s like an extended weekend now instead

Yeah it’s like I was literally minutes away from winning a good chunk of money back. I could’ve just folded my way there (have you at least learned “fold” in the videos? ) but I had a great hand & the guy got super lucky vs. me. Yeah I think you definitely need to learn it in person/action to get a LEGIT feel for the game. Vids are good tho especially after you’ve learned some and get into deeper strategies & playing styles and stuff I’ve seen plenty in the past

Ahh I don't know too much about that sort of stuff but I think so. Pretty sure my dad watches youtube videos on the tv downstairs by connecting it to the laptop It would be cool to have tv size screen to watch things although it might lag a lot because of the internet

Nooooo @ the charger, so you mean even if you leave it plugged into the laptop it just doesn't do anything/work anymore? $50 is toooo expensive I bet yours will still come before mine, it's been like over a week now and still hasn't been delivered. NOT weekend work because of it though </3
