Poker did NOT go well. lost about $300-400 and in one of my tournaments I got 110th place when if I literally just made it to 108 I would’ve got $250ish of my money back (or possibly more if I kept going) but I got an extremely unlucky beat instead I’ve been kinda up & down since that big loss but moreso on the losing side smhhh

I’m also stuck on my phone for now because my laptop charger randomly gave out (well not too random, lately my laptop was always stuck at 5% battery no matter how long I charged it for) so no laptop for a bit. Ordered a new charger earlier ($50!!!) which I won’t get until around Wednesday. I get some more days off work but now I’ll be working more hours later in the week & on the weekend Right after your phone charger broke too

Ahh I know Lewis Capaldi but none of his songs well enough to remember rn. Ed Sheeran gets overhated I think He has some decent songs, he’s HUGE in the US too

I kinda forget / don’t even think about how you UKers just watch all these US shows on laptops, tablets and stuff instead of TV’s! Definitely a lot better/more chill to have it on the TV. Kinda an extra hassle / not quite as good catching streams & stuff. I know what that’s like with BBUK when I got into it and BBCAN.

Yeah it'd be great I think one of the things when I actually go to US I'd like to see is just the shows on... an actual tv Probs soooo basic/normal for you but after watching the shows for so long even since American Idol when I was like 9 or something it'd be the coolest thing

Yeah country is actually my 3rd favorite genre now behind rap & pop when I never even paid it any attention just years ago. It was just so different to what I was used to while living in the north of US. I thin southern US is where you're meant to be Tbh I couldn't even tell you any of the UK rapper names that I know of off the top of my head. Just KSI who I like a couple songs of. I think he might be super mainstream over there and some of his songs are even known here in the US / pretty sure I've heard at least one on the radio before.

Yup especially when the whole bar/pub is really into the game... SUCH a vibe for any sport! Yeah I've heard about that but never gone to anything like it. That sounds pretty fun too, that'd be a great way to watch a finale

Megan wishes I just can't get her accent out of my head like... she's got this trashy Essex accent when she talks then she sounds so sweet when singing lol.

Ahhh not banjos That's happened quite a bit now, I always play my music out loud when being in hostels or whatever and sooo many people have told me "oh maybe I like country now" Also my mom isn't the biggest fan of Miranda but she really likes her new album now because I keep playing it Are there any UK rappers I might know?? Like it's something I just never listened to, especially when I was younger I always just assumed it was like all banjos and **** sksk Only a few years ago did I start to listen a bit & think it was ok. You've gotten me into it a lot more And yeah I listen to American ones, I've heard some UK and stuff but they just don't compare to me. The beats/drums in rap just do it for me

Yeah every team plays once every week basically, 1 game on Thursdays & Mondays and a bunch on Sundays. I'd say I watch at least 14-15 of the Jets' 16 games every single season and then I'm usually watching whatever games are on throughout Sunday, Monday, Thursday whether it's home, friend's house or at a bar. Fantasy football with my friends too. I LOVE it It BETTER not get delayed due to corona!

I've never heard any, I just played one of her XF performances (original song tho) But maybe I should actually listen to more because her voice is nice. Pretty muuuuch, it's that accent that makes it so great imo

Same but country Do you listen to American rappers mostly or just anything?? The more I've heard rap tho (a lot of people play it like on their phones/in cars and stuff) the less I dislike it... was easily my least favourite but now I can tolerate it

I just took a listen to Megan and I'm actually surprised by how good she is Like I definitely hear the country vibes. One of my favourites/the better ones are The Shires, they're probably as country as you can get but I don't really ever listen to UK artists, it's just not quite there Missing all the twang in the accents </3



You'd probs only know Carrie Underwood and Morgan Wallen (guy who sings Whiskey Glasses that I posted most recently), even I discovered a couple of artists I hadn't heard of/never really listened to before after last night's show

So how is it, they choose new/different players each season?? Never seen it before but I do know about the Jets And NY Giants that I think is part of the same thing?
