Yeah that's true I'd rather not walk either, prefer a run or jog, but I'll just do it when I tire myself out

Ahhh a lot of families are like that My family is really big including all cousins & uncles/aunts and fairly close with each other even tho some will have their issues from time to time. I'm only close to some but I do see them all multiple times a year.

Btw two of my cousins' families have stopped over here in the past hour for Easter tho, like just staying outside by their car to talk for a bit from a distance cause of this corona social distancing lol

Ah right, I used to do something similar and go pretty fast ish for 5 mins then do fast walking and switch between those for an hour but I realised that I prefer slow paced consistent jogging Walking is such a draaaaag and not really that effective?

Damn that sounds horrible with the tube Hopefully your uncle will start to get a bit better soon, good news about your dad though

Aww that's cute! It's weird because I always see my cousins post stuff on fb about their kids (they've all got kids now) and it's been yeaaars since I've seen any of them and their kids wouldn't even know me Not like I want to see them anyway but it's just strange cus I used to be close ish with my cousins whilst growing up but they all turned into *****

Yeah I kinda pace myself on the elliptical machine / exercise bike and on the treadmill I just switch it up... go fast for a bit (like 2-3 mins) and then cool down and go at a walking pace or very slow jog for about the same amount of time and so on. I think a slow pace is fine for you for 30 mins.

My dad's oxygen level is getting better (idk the name but it's in the mid-to-high 90's which is where it's supposed to be) but that's with a lot of oxygen that they're giving him so they need to slowly turn it down now while it stays at the same 95-99 range. My uncle has been doing pretty bad, like they had to put a tube down his throat a few days ago and he was swelling up but I think he's still at a stable condition atm. Just hope they both get through it

Yeah we still do the egg hunt thing for all my little cousins but maybe not much longer as a lot of them are getting into their teen years now which feels crazy to me cause it feels like they were juuust so young!

Nope, I was literally watching the clock for the majority of the time I used to listen to music whilst on the treadmill which is the best way to do it, if I go outside I reckon I won't need anything though... it's staying in one place/area which is kinda boring. What sort of speed do you go? I go pretty slow to make sure I don't burn out really fast because I ain't used to it

Yeah that makes sense, have you heard anymore about how they are or is it still the same? Nah we don't celebrate Easter, it's the same as every other day so not much difference being in quarantine right now I used to just get Easter eggs when I was younger but haven't for years now. You guys don't do the eggs thing do you?

Some older people are like ox's, no slowing down for them Do you do anything to stay entertained while jogging? Like listening to music? Music or watching a video are definitely my go-to's to not think about the running / how tired I'm getting 30 mins is good especially at first. I'd usually go for 30 mins on a cardio machine, then another 30ish on either more cardio or something weights-related and then I'm out of there

Ty Nah not celebrating at all this year, it wouldn't even feel right with my dad & uncle in the hospital. We've just all kinda said Happy Easter to each other and my grandma will be cooking something but it's just kinda like any other day, nothing special. You doing anything now that you're home with your parents for Easter?

Omg that's great Pretty much how my grandad is like too, he used to go for walks in this forest near where we live aaaall the time and go walking to pick up the newspapers etc.

Oop not me being one of those newbies It was pretty enjoyable actually although I kinda just did it around the house rather than bothering to go outside because my parents were out at the time and I was feeling lazy I wanna do maybe half an hour a day though to begin with

Omg I'm even scared for you GOOD luck though, I'm sure you can win/slay the whole thing I thought about trying to win my money back again today, but I know better than to be dumb like that

Yeah it is soooo weird, doesn't feel like Easter and it hasn't even on the lead-up to it. Happy Easter tho Are you doing anything for it today?

That's good he still has that energy My grandma's in her 80's and she LOVES walking to places. Like me/others in the family can give her a ride to stores/supermarkets/etc when she wants to go but she rarely asks for it and declines a lot.. she'd actually rather take walks there.

Nnnn it's kinda funny seeing people run/jog when they're not used to it Ugh I need to follow your lead on that and start jogging around somewhere.

Speaking of gambling, I'm gonna be risking a looot today most likely in a lot of different tournaments and stuff on my poker site. Sundays are big for online poker especially because so many people are home now in quarantine & the site is doing this big tournament series now as well. I'm hype

Literally middle of the day, the area just attracted all the crazies Weirdly I've seen way more stuff happen in the day, I don't think ever at night actually Probably because there are more people about then

Yeah I just can't imagine even having the energy at that age to bother but he just really enjoys walking

I haven't... I think I'm just not going to because I don't need to use any of money now I'm home anyway Ahhh yeah it was fun and I actually was less scared/just went with anything rather than overthinking it

Did my first jog sesh today I only went for 20 mins (could've done longer but I was TOO HOT) but I feel like it's not bad considering I've never properly jogged before?

Ahhh I bet these were on your late night walks? Or actually earlier in daylight? Always the craziest/weirdest **** happens late at night with drunk people

Nnnn @ using it at 80 I guess he could put it at a slow walking pace tho tbf. Yeah can definitely see it getting annoying/tiresome but that's nice, she just cares

Nooooo have you checked your account since then? Drunk gambling is even more fun than gambling sober but NEVER a good idea </3
