Here is still basically the same I think but it's hard to keep up with it all. Like in my hostel a couple of guys have even got interviews this week for pub/hotel work My mom was messaging me saying that she wants me to go home bc I could get stranded if we go into lockdown and the public transport is only for 'essential use' Idk I'm pretty chilled out about the whole thing though right now

Nah it's not on lockdown yet. Pretty sure ALL schools officially closed (most already did and I think all NY schools closed yesterday) and there's an 8:00 "curfew" now where people shouldn't be going out. Idk how much that will be regulated but I think that's the main thing announced. But most places are still open until 8:00 PM and I'm still working

I do think there will be a complete lockdown soon enough though. Maybe in days, maybe a week, not sure.

Yeah lmao it almost happened to me today. I had to push in the queue bc the only thing I wanted was a damn energy drink Definitely would've been waiting for an hour there otherwise. I'm kinda unsure what would happen to hostels if like the UK does go into lockdown

Yeah I think/hope this "pandemic" will calm down soon enough. The stores are probably the craziest part, people are having to wait 2+ hours on line I haven't bothered going to any stores but the good part about living with a bunch of family members is that some others have so we're pretty stocked up now juuuust in case.

Yeah thing is with poker it's a pretty tough game to even learn the basics, let alone the more in-depth strategies and stuff, but that's why it's the best game to win money if you do learn.

Everyone's paranoid about it at the moment lmao but I think the symptoms are just fever/cough/shortness of breath? So you're probs fine and it could just be a regular cold.

Also, the clocks went forward last weekend so like when it's 1:00 AM here now it would've been midnight. So much harder to get up in the morning now
