Yeah I'm here for a new year. 2019 must be my worst year for gambling off the top of my head, it's mostly good results for me but rarely was this year (ok towards the end with sports betting). 2020 will be better

Yeah I’ve been bowling when I was like reaaally young but not for years now. It was always something fun though. I’d actually like to do that again... it’d be even more fun doing it drunk I’d like to go to a place like that and actually do things there but I feel like you need ‘spare’ money that you’re prepared to lose and I never am nowadays

Yeah I've won thousands of dollars before in poker (like separate stretches of time since I turned 21). Lately I've been mostly losing but I've definitely won more than lost in poker specifically (and prob sports betting) and I enjoy it a lot so I'm just waiting for another turnaround to start winning again I'm also dumb and been losing in casino games when that's just a scam lol

Ohhh that place sounds like a greeeeat time! Have you ever gone bowling btw? I used to like doing that every once in a while but haven't in a really long time. That atmosphere sounds exactly like my kind of thing, you should go back some time to try out some of it

Yeah I know what you mean. I don’t think I ever mentioned this to you but one time after we’d been to a Christmas market it was raining reaaally heavily and went inside this place that was an arcade. It was actually super cool, it had loads of machines, dodgem cars in the middle, a little food area and lots of bars, tv screens and bowling. We’d already spent a lot of money so just walked around it but it looked amazing, I remember thinking of you and AC

Yeah but poker definitely includes luck too though. There's NO WAY my friend is as good at me in poker but he had a crazy good run and made some nice ballsy plays from what he told us so it all depends on so many factors. The only consistency is that it's fun af

It's mostly more expensive (not all you can find some good places / deals in there) but also you can use your points that you earn at the casino from gambling there (you can also use them at the food court by the poker room & most places to eat inside the casino as well) so that's pretty cool. Yeah the place is HUGE, really all the casinos are built that way. Pretty nuts I used to get kinda lost in there but I'm used to getting around by now, especially at the Borgata.

Yeah I guess it's just based on luck really, but maybe depends what you play? Like with Poker you have to actually play the game, although with mostly all gambling there's a some luck to it. The enjoyment makes up for it though

I used to be able to win there, maybe different luck or I was more focused / less careless, but particularly this year it's been like loss after loss over there (and a few times pretty big losses for me)

I'm like a just about 2 hour drive from AC and yeah there's gift type stores and then more like branded / regular stores. It's almost like a mini-mall within the casino really, it's actually a lot! And yeah it was Sunday at the sportsbook so there were a lot of games going on and they have them all on the TV's. It killed time really well but my friend finished the tournament after midnight so I was TIRED at work Monday All worth it tho

Amaretto sour I neeeed to try that! That sounds nice, rum is actually okay... that and vodka are two tastes I can sort of deal with (although I made a big mistake once thinking that rum was the same % as malibu ). Lime though

Are the stores for like gifts etc? The sportsbook room sounds super cool too. Did you watch stuff in there?

On Sunday while we were waiting for my friend in the tournament, we checked out some of the stores in there for the first time in a while and they're NICE! I didn't actually buy anything but one of my friends ended up buying like 11 things to send to his family members in Columbia for late Christmas gifts. Plus went to that sportsbook room/pub type place that's still a really great atmosphere for watching sports!
