Lmaooo they didn't even know what kind of cake it was. It's not like it sounds tho, I worded it poorly without explaining lol. Basically one of my friends called about what I was doing (dinner & cake with fam) and he joked like where's the invite / that he'll get our other friend and they'll be right over In seriousness I told him they should come so they did. It was good cake so a good call by them to get some Chocolate mousse cake with whipped/vanilla cream I know you don't like chocolate much but what about choc mousse?

Btw they're two of my best friends since we were young so even tho it was a family thing it was great they came as we're just close like that. Even as adults we're still going to each other's place all the time even for family stuff etc. like I should've invited to begin with lol. (random while I'm on my two best friends: me & one are gonna be co-best men for the other's wedding coming up late 2020 )

We've been to a few more Christmas markets, they've been really good and we've gotten pretty tipsy off of mulled wine lately too. Had this mulled ginger wine and it was INSANE, a solid 10/10. Also had this white chocolate & ginger crepe
My mom also sent me £200 and a lot of luxurious chocolates/snacks yesterday

Yeah I've heard of those places! The country vibe sounds GOOD We don't have any of those in the UK but we have a lot of Indian/Chinese/Italian restaurant cuisines mainly I guess. Buffets are great though.

The club was cool, I/we mostly just went crazy with Fireballs. Honestly one of my faves tho! Went to NY again (different spot) and it was a LIT atmosphere, not as great as the other place but at least I didn't get puked on loool... That's now crossed my mind the last two times I've gone to clubs since then, it's like a haunting lmao

We went to Texas Roadhouse for his birthday, and I'm pretty sure I mentioned that place in the discord before. Kind of a great country vibe you'd prob love but yeeeah you wouldn't like the countless meat options We'll usually go to like casual restaurants: Applebees/Chili's type places (not sure if in UK?) or like a buffet. Prob going to a local Hibachi buffet this weekend, been there a bunch already it's nice.

Lol most people at my job come in on their birthdays (depends but I'd say majority) and it's busy there atm while I've also used all my sick/vacation days so I didn't mind going in for the money

Got stuck in the CRAZIEST traffic on my way home from work tho... like of course on my birthday lol They closed all 3 roads on the route I take so everyone was forced to take the same exit, not even sure why they closed down the entire route but suuuch a slow drive. It was good tho when I got home! Just a handful of my family members and two of my really good friends decided to come over last minute when they found out I was having cake Very fun/funny night actually for a little at home party. Flawless day by the end I guess with another hour to go
