Yeah it seems pretty random from what I’ve heard. People literally spend hundreds of £$ on those things. I’ve played a few of them online before with free credits and I made a little profit... can’t remeber how much now.

Yeah it’s probably the strongest drink I’ve ever tried and even though I knew I wouldn’t like it I still haaad to try it. These drinks were insane... they had crazy and unique and interesting flavours. Never seen it before either

I went out to eat for my friend’s birthday the other day so I’m almost just now looking ahead to my own birthday lol. Going to a club this weekend but it kinda just happens to be in between our birthdays... still should get extra LIT tho Pretty sure I’m gonna have dinner with my family on the actual day, prob at home but not sure and I’ll see what happens next weekend. Yeah the machines are definitely like 98% luck, maybe a few have a tad bit of skill / decisions involved but not a lot + it’s rigged in the casino’s favor lol so you’re basically just hoping to be one of the lucky ones with that. Definitely busy there any day but weekends and holidays is when it’s extra crazy (and summer in general I’d say).

Pretty sure moonshine is popular, definitely heard of it but I don’t think I’ve ever tried it unless it was years back and I’m forgetting now I did feel like it’s a strong drink before you said it but might just be what I heard. And oh wow I would’ve never even thought of some of those flavors! Chilli flavored shots?! Idk if that would be an option anywhere around here but maybe I’m just sleeping on the chilli shots If you & your bf ever visit NJ/NYC you’ll have to take the lead on the drink choices, I’m so casual & basic w/ my drinking. We've been to Winter Wonderland (the biggest Christmas market in London) twice (last Sunday and yesterday). Last week we had cauliflower wings in hot sauce And I had a few cups of mulled wine/cider whist my bf got samples of it from like every store lmao. Then yesterday before we went to the market we got some free shots in this bar (with mixers bc we all know I would not be able to handle a shot) and they were the BEST and most unique flavours. We tried bubblegum, chilli, white chocolate and sour blast. Literally AMAZING Then at the market we had these chilli doritos nachos and also got to try moonshine. I tried this one which was 100 proof and it was just like vodka... so strong. Have you ever tried it before??

Thanksgiving was fun, thanks! Went to my uncle's house with like 20-30 relatives which has kinda become the Thanksgiving tradition over the past many years - basically ate a lot & watched football all day which is the Thanksgiving norm over there. Destroyed my little cousin in NBA 2K game with a bunch of the family watching lmao so I felt kinda bad for that I went easy at times! And he's like 14 so I'm not gonna just give it to him

Yeah the machines are fun but usually that's where I lose the most money on my losing trips to AC. Just so happened the machines were the only thing I won at (overall) that time Blackjack & Spanish 21 is basically trying to get a number higher than the dealer with your cards (so if the dealer has 17 you need 17+) with a max of 21 (if you start with 21 before getting any more cards than you automatically win 3:2 instead of the usual 1:1). Oh and yeah there's somewhere between 5-10 casinos close together over there but Borgata is almost like a monopoly over there now lol. Like majority of other casinos are dead there now Borgata is where you need to go for the atmosphere.

Lmaoooooo now I wonder what they huddled up to talk about But oh they had a ref & uniforms tho so it was organized to some extent. Sounds like a potentially fun/funny game to watch

Yeah I guess it goes pretty quickly. I've spent (and lost) wayyyy too much on betting before so I understand I've heard a lot about poker, it sounds pretty interesting. Do you ever go on the machines there? I've heard of Blackjack before (and the sweets are amazing ) but don't know anything about it. Are there like loads of different casinos there then??

It looked like it was just for fun (with uniforms and that too though) because they kept getting called over by the referee and going into a group and listening/talking.

I haven't actually done that much before but just some things I try to imagine how you'd say it.

Hockey is even more common in Canada. In the US it's hit/miss in different locations and around here it's not that big at least not with people I know. Was the game organized with coaches / uniforms / refs? Mess if you were just watching a random pickup game type of thing

I blabbed on even more until I cut it down, 1000 characters is just too little sometimes And looool sometimes I imagine posts/messages in UK accents too or like when I see someone from BBUK say something on social media I'll read it in their accent (same with like southern US accents, Australians, etc.)
